Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum is industry driven. It actually has all the thing which are required by the industry once we get a job. The curriculum includes CRT (campus recruitment training) classes for helping the students to crack different levels of a job like the Aptitude round, the basic coding round , etc. According to me the curriculum is fine. It has all the major subjects which needs to be covered . The only problem is the faculty needs to be changed and the teaching methods need to be changed . Like an example based explanation would be more beneficial and preferrable. The exams frequency is for every 4 months , we should be writing a semester exam for all the subjects in that semester. The difficulty of the exams is Moderate.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Internships are available from start-up companies. Present the college is having MOU with a company called Demy Software Solutions where the students are given two opportunities 1) Full stack web development 2) Cloud Computing. Projects include creating a Netflix Clone, Amazon Clone.

Placement Experience

2.5

From 7th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. For our batch only one company visited and the name of the company is" Rinex Technologies". The highest package offered was 5.6lpa. Around 40% of the students got placed. After getting degree im thinking of preparing for GATE and get into any IIT for M.Tech.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees will be 45,000 per year for a student who joins through competetive exams like EAPCET. Otherwise the students who are willing to join without any entrance exam , should pay a fees of 1,05,000 per year. There will be no fee hike . It will be constant for all the years. But there are other fees like for CRT classes you need to pay seperately. For college bus facility you should be paying again depending upon ur location . Minimum will be 18,000 per year and Maximum will be 29,000 per year. The complete cost of my education is around 7,50,000 - 8,00,000 because i joined without any EAPCET rank. Financial aid used to be there for students previously . But im not sure if they are providing now. I was selected in a company called Rinex Technologies, located in Bangalore. The job role was an "Inside Sales Strategist". where i need to sale their products. There is no stipend provided

Campus Life

3

There will be annual fests , and the name of the fest will be "Enchanting Evening" where students from all the branches come together and participate in all types of cultural events like dancing, singing etc. The library is the best place in the entire college providing access for all the students from all the branches. All the different volumes and editions are available. And the stock is regularly updated. The classrooms have smart boards along with projetors. The sports are not encouraged and the extracurricular activities are very less. No clubs.

Admission

The eligibility will be (10+2) qualification with a minimum pass percentage from well recognised Boards. or you can get an Admission through qualifying in the AP EAPCET exam even by securing an average rank. You can get the admission done by directly visiting the college's Admission Cell and the application form will be provided there itself. The admission process is good enough. Atleast for me.

Faculty

3

Generally the faculty to student ratio will be ranging from 1:15 to 1:20. Learning experience is fine , again as i mentioned earlier that only a very few faculty members are actually qualified and have knowledge in their particular domain. What i suggest in this college is that a student should do self learning and not depend on the faculty if he/she wants to survive. The facultys approach of teaching is nothing great but simply displaying a power point presentation on the topic which needs to be covered on that day and just read out the things in ppt. No actual explanation. Some teachers are really good and we can interact with them whenever they are free or whenever the students have a free period.
