Amity University Gwalior review

The course curriculum was good and it is also relevant to us and the course is also completed by the faculties before 1 month of examination and there were proper extra curriculum activities happening and you can easily participate in any of them and the thing which they should work is the attendance system in amity University Gwalior because in that particular campus the attendance is taken by teachers online on amizone during the lecture so it wastes 10-15 minutes of the lecture as well as sometimes teachers threats us by marking us absent if we don't follow their rules so there should be some fingerprint or face attendence so that if we are present in the class we should marked present.

There are all types of internship opportunities are there for our benefits and they provide with every possible need of the students the stipend was not that much in most of the companies but in some it was upto 1 lakh for a 45 days internship but in the rest it was only 5-10 k only for 45 days internship

After the exams of 4 th semester the students become eligible for the campus placements and after 5 th semester the college provides the company for the interview and registration there are many companies like Wipro and HDFC comes for the recruitment and the Highest package offered to a bba student was 650000 per annum in 2024 almost every student can get placed if they want to because there were many companies come to college for recruitment and most of the interviews were online conducted on zoom I Opted out for the placement because I have some business to look upon that's why i didn't sit in any of the interview and Opted out for placements

There are scholarships available for the most of the ug courses based on their 12th class percentage and there is one condition while giving the scholarship that there should not be more than 2 years gap between 10th and 12th class for the eligibility of the scholarship and the scholarship varies according to the percentage in 12th for 80% marks they provide with 25% scholarship on tuition fees and for students above 87.5% they provide with 50% off on tuition fees and for the students above 93.5% they provide 100% scholarship on tuition fees but the scholarship is only provided for the fees of the 1st year after that they check your academic results of 1st year and they have a team that aproove your 2 nd year scholarship only if you score good in 1st year For a normal student who took admission without any scholarship the total cost of education for the bba is something around 350000 approx And there is increment in the fees every year

There is many fests that are conducted in our college the name of the big ones are Amicroma, gantavya, tedx,and many more most of them are conducted in the period of August to December For the books there are 8-9 libraries for different departments in the university you can get all the course based books and also the popular joiurnals and comic as well the classrooms are fully ac facilated and the projecter were there for the study in every class and the seats were comfy as well we can recline the seats There are many sports activities and competition were held in the university some were interested college competition and also if you get selected you can go to Noida and compete there which is also facilated by the college itself for the competition many social groups are there for every different aspects in the university

Hostel are great and the cleanliness of the hostels were top notch there is weekly pesticides and all were spreaded by the teams and daily based cleaning is done by the workers and the rules of the hostel is very strict and only bad thing about hostel is the day in out timings and the food of the mess The food was really very bad I barely eat in mess most of the days I had ordered the food from Zomato and swiggy and there is a rule whether you eat in the mess or not you have to pay for the meals monthly even if you are not in the hostel you have to pay for the month so overall the hostel was good but the mess was very bad You have to register for the hostel as soon as possible because there are only limited rooms in the hostel many students had to take pgs because of it

The admission process for bba is very easy there is no entrance test the eligibility criteria is you must have more than 55% marks in 12th board examination and you will get admission easily they have many seats for bba around 400-500 students they take every year for bba

The faculties were highly educated and qualified in their respective fields but their teaching skills can be improved because some of the new faculties were arrogant and very rude in their behaviour which denies the students to interact and also there were many faculties who are there from last 5-6 years they were really good and very interactive during the classes and even we can go to them after the classes and ask our doubt about any thing related to our future and studies they were chill and very helpful to us.
