Remarks

The students who qualify for the IPU CET examination can opt for this course from this college. The IP University conducts the entrance examinations once every year in the month of May and June itself. The fees for the application form is approximately Rs.1200. The difficulty level for this exam is moderate as compared to other exams.

I have opted for BCA in this college. BCA provides a good techincal knowledge. It contains real world applications and have minor as well as major projects in the curriculum. It contains various subjects and the total course is very interactive and knowlegeful.

The fees for this college for my batch was Rs.70300 per year. The college increases the fees as per the IP University guidelines. The complete cost of the course stand out at Rs.250000 approximately. There are various scholarships provided by the IP University for economical weaker section students.

Campus Life

The overall experience of the campus life was very good for me. The college conducts annual fests, technical fests frequently for the students. The libraray is good enough and has lots of books related to the courses. The classrooms are very big and are Air-Conditioned. The faclilities in this college are very good. There are many social groups for the students.

The faculty to student ratio is very good in this college. The faculities have Post Graduate degrees. It is very easier to approach the teachers and they provide good mentorship to students as well. Interactivity is very good by the teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA is really relevant for todays technology upgradations going on in world. I was into tech and coding so i opted BCA and since college is accessible by metro and have good name so i took admission in it and i regret not. Curriculum is up to date and changes yearly as required in recent technology and ties up with trends. There is no space for improvement as of now. Exams happen frequently like class test ans assignments and they make u study from scratch so there is no difficulty its moderate.

The placements are quite good in our college. The college reports placement rate of 90% the companies and cell offer's support like aptitude tests, mock interviews, and soft skills session, internship and connections with companies. For a certain branches particularly, IT branches/ computer science and BCA students seem to get better opportunities than in some core-engineering or non IT branches. For many students, placements do result in "reasonable" salary package around 3.9 LPA for graduates. The top packages seem limited some sources mention highest package around 7.2 LPA for a placement batch.

Need to know

Placement Experience:

From last year students are eligible for campus placements which is quite hard to get as not a lot company pay visit to the campus for placements. Not very sure about the highest and average package as per but approximately 150000 to 200000 .Earlier there were lessvstudents in university so placement ratio was high but for now don't really know. My plan after degree is to get some job and then pursue for PG course.
