Course Curriculum Overview

BCA is a techincal course and is of 3 years. But now it has been converted into 4 years. The curriculum includes subjects such as Mathematics, Computer Graphics, Software Engineering, Programming languages, etc. Overall a good choice to opt for BCA.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 70300 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure for this college is quite high as compared ot their infrastructure. They do not provide any premium faclilities in the college. There are some scholarships provided by the Delhi Government and IP Unversity. From the previous year the fees has been hiked by Rs.30000.

Campus Life

The overall experience of my college was not good. The college does Freshers and Farewell Pary once a year. The library is very small in this college. It does not have sufficient books releated to the courses. The college is located very deep inside the Mohan Garden, Nawada. The college doesn't have any sports ground and auditorium. There is no clubs as well.

Admission

The admission process is completely handled by the IP University. They take entrance exams such as IPU CET to qualify for BCA admission. They have 85% reservation for Delhi students. The application fees is approximately Rs.1000. The exam is conducted every year and the question paper is of medium level.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is quite low. There are only 10-12 teacher in the college. Some teachers are not well qualified. Some does not behave well with the students and do not provide any mentorship. They don't even know how to teach the students. Overall not a good experience.

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students are eligible to sit for placements. Highest pacage was of 6-7 lpa whereas average packge is 3-4lpa. we have to go to other campuses to attend placement drives. Very less number of students got placed.

Placement Experience:

The Placements were good in IITM Janakpuri . The highest salary in my batch was offered about 14lpa and the average ranges arounf 6-7lpa. I didnt opt for placement because i want to do masters after my Bachelors but the my destiny didnt travelled along.

It's a great college for quality education. The most important aspect is that the Professors are very supportive not only in academics but in co-curricular activities as well. If the students are looking for low fees in college but with no compromise in education, it is the best choice. The environment of the college is also very ambient and the senior students are very supportive.
