Remarks
The placements are the remark that I can give about our college and the rest of the things are good and we can enjoy and they will show more care and concern for every student.
Entrance Preview
It provides us with a scholarship to merit students by which any middle-class family can handle this fee structure and it has the best lab equipment as I belong to mechanical in which I should have proper hands-on experience knowledge. And the atmosphere in and around this college is quite peaceful and attractive.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was around 180 credits for us and we can choose the number of subjects per semester and we can choose our own faculty based on our preference by consulting some of our seniors or any other faculty and we have various electives where we can elect some other branch subjects with our interest in it.
Internships Opportunities
Yes...they are providing internships from various companies like India Pistons limited and wabco in which IPL is not providing any stipend but WABCO is providing a stipend of 5000. So, it's based on the company.
Placement Experience
Compared to CSE and various circuit branches placements in MECHANICAL are less as core companies won't recruit in bulk and here they are providing placement training classes from the second year from various training institutes in and around Chennai which helps in our own growth.
College Events
There will be many paper presentation events like National Conference on Design and Materials and constructions and there are various clubs like music club, dance club, NCC club, NSS club and various other clubs which will help students to conduct and participate in various events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The complete fee structure depends on the merit we got in our +2 or in the exam conducted by the same college and also from the exams like JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION conducted after 12th. And the scholarship will be like 75% for the people who got 95+% and 50% for the people who got 90-95% and the same.
Fees and Financial Aid
Various scholarships like Mahatma Gandhi scholarship and some other scholarships are being provided by our college and there'll be a loan facility from a bank called Vijaya bank which is linked to our college
Campus Life
Initially there won't be any ragging in our college and they are maintaining the same from the last 10 years and coming to gender ration it will be like 1:2 and there will be various workshops provided by various departments which will offer hands-on experience and a certificate to the students participated in it and there won't be any other gender or race-ethnicity
Hostel Facilities
There are around 7 hostels that belong to our college and there are rooms available in the form of AC, NON AC, single room, double room, triple room and the room having four members. The fee structure is ?80000 per annum for the people who choose triple and four-bedroom flat and varies with others.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes...They will provide alumni meet once in a year in which various seniors will participate in it and share their experiences
Exam Structure
We can have proper preparation time as there will be an exam day by day and the pattern will be like... it's of 60 marks and there will be internals of 40 marks which in combined we will get the result for 100 marks which will have grade system in the order S, A, B, C, D.
Admission
I got to know about this college by my friend and he proposed me to join in this college and at the same time, I got qualified in JEE main exam which helped me in getting the branch of MECHANICAL engineering as I was mechanical aspirant since I can't get mechanical in any NIT's with my score.
Faculty
Most of the faculty in my branch are some retired industrialists and various workmen on the shop floor and there are various professors who have completed their PhD and doing research in our same college which in turn makes students to participate in their research.
