What Students Say

Likes

The sports facilities are really good in the college.
The classroom are very clean and hygienic.
Many students opportunities and other facilities which can improve our future.

Dislikes

No maintenance of classroom fans and windows.
There should be regular maintenance of the place from where all students drink water.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are many job opportunities in my course which can give me a better future. I choosed this course so i can have good knowledge of business. The curriculum prepares me good enough to face real world challenges as there are regular lectures and debates. There should be improvement in the course for having practical explanation with real life examples.

Internships Opportunities

I'm still in the first year I don't really have too much knowledge regarding this. The seniors told me that there are some internship which are offered by the college so I'm hoping to get them in my future. Apart from that there are many competitions which are arranged by the heads of the college and they have price for that aswell.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is little high for a government college. The fee should be below 8,000 rupees as of my idea. Because there are other expenses during our education like travel expenses, service expenses and the fee we pay for our tuitions. There are a lot of scholarship available for students especially for poor students but i haven't applied for any of them yet.

Campus Life

There are alot of festivals celebrated there. All the students of all religions and castes celebrate those festivals together. There are almost all the books in the library that a student wants. The sports activities are one of the best thing in this college. You get great opportunity to play in sports and get benefits from that.

Admission

The admission process was quite difficult this year because of the Cuet Entrance exam. We had to pay a fee for that as well. And the Seats were alloted by the system was kind of unfair for some students as they didnt got the college they wanted even with some average grades.

Faculty

The environment of the college is too friendly. There students around me helps me with everything and they are way much friendly and helpful in all activities. Same goes to teachers. The teacher are nice and friendly towards all students. They help us solve the problems we face in studies as well as other activities.

Placement Experience:

no campus placement is offered to students but the students got internship program for 10 days to experience real life. as campus placement is not happening so after completing graduation i am doing mba for that i have to give entrance test of cat and get into govt iim college to pursue further studies. along with graduation i am doing chartered accoutancy course so if i passed my ca intermediate in may25. then i go for this course.

S.P.M.R REVIEW

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as it helps you to build you career in lot of sector like in banking . The curriculum helps me in lot of aspects I can do many things with this and can pursue further academics. The are that are needed to be improved is the infrastructure of the campus so that students will like to come to college and they will love to study. The exams are taken often but they sometimes hurries a lot, like they did in our 5th and 6th semester, there is only 3mnths gap as we need almost 6mnths to cover the syallabus.

my college review

in jammu i chose this college because it is coeducation and in the other college coeducation is not available and in some the distance is far from my home. that's why i chose this college and to be honest that i selected this college is that it is near my computer classes. no i don't get rejection from other colleges i applied to. even i passed the cuet entrance test where i got good marks but due to personal reasons i didn't go for study outside jammu. i always feels regret for this. but in this college the admission is on my merit based not on any entrance test. first admision is on the basis of merit then on the basis of cuet entrance test . I applied for only two universities in Jammu those are cluster university and Jammu University.
