Admission
U have to write NEET to enter The cutoff is around rank 220 in general I got rank 149 in neet 2021 and I availed by seat through general quota NEET is a yearly exam with easy difficulty. The main focus is on the accuracy part as with even one mistake your rank can drop by hundreds or thousands. I think the whole process should be made more transparent.
Faculty
The faculty student ratio is around 1:20. The faculty at JIPMER are highly qualified and the ones passionate about teaching do teach incredibly well The faculty are very approachable and often give their emails /phone numbers to contact them if any doubts arise.
