Getting good cgpa is quite easy here you don't need to study much

Dislikes

Very small campus with no facilities inside
Very conjusted inside with buildings and no open space
Road to this college is very narrow and conjusted and everything there is traffic

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is average with not much older data but latest knowledge is not provided as per today's industry requirement. Also the curriculum is reduced every semester according to their convenience and just the course they could complete in specific time of semester is completed

Class Size: 400Course Fees: INR 255000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships oppertunities are provided at the end of 3rd year and only few students get the internship while most remains without an internship in 3rd yr till the time they get placed in any mass recruiter with 3lpa. Only few top students get placed in internship with a low pay .

Placement Experience

The placement percentage is good but average package is quite low and only few gat package more than 10lpa. Currently college has taken more students than its capacity so can't say about future placements but earlier it was average.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees after admission remains same till course complition for every year. but for new admission the tuition fees increases by 10%. Hostel fees increases by nearly 5-10% every year even after admission. There was no scholarship during my admission but from this year they have started a internship for new batch

Campus Life

Their is no annual festivals and very few club activities and also for very few students as they don't have much capacity for many students. No fest happens here and as the campus has no open space so it's not possible to arrange any festival here .

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are worse the take very high charges for ac rooms there is no extra facilities for students in ac but they take 40k each in 3 accomodation i.e 120000 just for ac from just a room extra from non ac room.the food is average not good . There is no option for room with attached bathrooms and common one are alwasys broken.

Hostel Fee: INR 140000 per year

Admission

The application for admission can be submitted online through its website by giving saat exam and also through jee marks.there is no reservations based on sc/st .their management of admission process is very poor you have to wait in very big lines and also the behaviour of staffs is not good while admission they take very long time in process.even more than sbi.

Faculty

Faculty is average neither so good nor so bad . But course is reduced as per their convenience and they they just provide with assignment and not much knowledge. Faculty are well qualified but very few are having a good teaching skills

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the third year itself. In this placement season more than 90 percent of the eligible students got placed in several companies. The highest and average are yet not known. Several companies visited the campus with prominent ones being Microsoft, Dell, Xerox, Flipkart and more including several startups. After getting a degree if I am able to land a job the ok otherwise I will start my preparation for the defence sector or civil services.

Placement Experience:

So talking about placements then the placement trainings get started from your 5th sem onwards and you will be trained upon diff params and from 7th sem onwards campus drives gets started and around 30 companies visits each year and all the mncs comes for campus drives starting from pwc , Deloitte , accenture to tcs , infosys and ibm . So you will get ample opportunities if you have 60% score in your career

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

I had also applied for Chandigarh University in Mohali for a BE degreen in CSE(AI and ML). I got admission there based on their online test CUCET. But I had to choose my college over CU because upon going there i realised that the university was far from the main city and also the environment inside the college is more shifted towards fun and parties which didn't align with my personal life. I had also given IMU examination and secured an AIR 307 but because of i was underweight i couldn't make it. I applied in vit chennai , lpu , kiit , and vit bhopal . I got confirmed admission from all the colleges but i chose this college as it was in my hometown and the rating and education background of the college was impressible.
