Likes

All the faculties here are very good and help a lot.
This is the top college in Bihar for diploma, the education here is very good
The placement cell in the college is very active compared to other colleges, extra curricular activities are also organised here

Dislikes

There is no kitchen facility here. Which is quite disappointing
The food in the hostel mess is also not good here,
Here you have to do regular college from 9 to 5, which is very disappointing

Course Curriculum Overview

Diploma in civil engineering was a very good course for me for my studies and the syllabus of this course is also very good. Exams are held every 6 months, so there is some pressure on the students, but this is also right

Internships Opportunities

No stipend based internship is provided here, but many online courses are provided absolutely free of cost like Cisco's cybersecurity courses and many more Many other free courses are conducted here which are helpful for the students like KYP.

Placement Experience

Final year students become eligible for placement. 5th semester Many companies come here to offer jobs like L&T, BL Kashyap, DMRC, etc. The average package here is 2 Lpa and the maximum package is 6 Lpa. The placement rate here is also quite good, almost 60 percent of children get placed here. I will also apply for placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is very low for this course. The fee for the whole year is approximately Rs. 1600 and the remaining examination charges are levied separately. Bihar student credit card loan is also provided here

Campus Life

Here fresh or farewell party is celebrated every year. Here in the library all the course books are available absolutely free. The labs here are also very good and equipment is available for almost every experiment. Every year sports month is celebrated in which many games are played at the inter college level.

Admission

Every student who has passed 10th can do this course. For this, students have to pass the Bihar Polytechnic entrance exam which is conducted by the DCECE board. According to the caste, some seats are also reserved here

Faculty

The teachers here guide like good mentors and also help the children a lot during placement, due to which the placement record here is quite good in comparison to other colleges. Site visiting tours are also organised here, and there are also clubs like NSS in the college.

Placement Experience:

Generall 5th semester's students are eligible for Campus Placement. GE Aerospace, Webtech, Blue Star nad many more companies are visited in yhe college and tey offered minimum 8 to 10 no offered. The highest package of the year 2024 is ?400000 and average package are ?3.5 lakhs. The percentage of students got place in 2024 around 50%. I will go for higher degree like B Tech or other.

The suffering in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose the course on my own. It was my father's decision and many students are same as me. I used to be one of the best student of my school till 10th. But can't hold the position in college because of improper mathods of teaching and discipline in college. However, the duration of exams are 3 hrs each and 2 papers a day but student can go when they are done.

The minimum Qualification for admitted for this college is Matriculation9 10th). After The completition of 10th then you apply for admission in this college. I applied to several polytechnic colleges, including XYZ and LMN institutes. I chose this college due to its practical approach, good placement opportunities, and affordable fees. I got rejected by one due to their higher cutoff in entrance exams. You must be qualified for Minimum matriculation. I had given the entrance exam held by bcece board. My rank was 200 in general.
