Remarks

The management isn’t friendly. Two out of three treat the students very badly. Few faculties are too good in both knowledge and behavior.

Entrance Preview

This was the college that I received for the cet rank. Later got into this college without any choice. And successfully completed 4 years and graduated out. Got placed in the campus itself. I think you all can achieve the same by putting our soul into it.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is somewhat predefined. Three months for 6 subjects and two labs. The fourth month u have a small study break and at the end of the month, the exams start for about 3 weeks. And results out at 5 the month. And leave for 3 weeks. That’s a total of 6 months for each semester.

Internships Opportunities

Our college as of now doesn’t provide any internship but it does help you to get internships elsewhere. The placement department Helps us to apply for the internship which may or may not be paid. The overall experience heard from previous alumni states that it was an average experience.

Placement Experience

4

Initially, the placement was not up to the mark. But now they are Inviting many companies so that their students may get placed in a Big organization or company. The train each student for the interview and its rounds of selection. On an average 4 out of 10 get placed in any of the company. So, it’s up to you to keep up the score

College Events

4

Our college celebrates many events. The individual departmental fests. The college fest. The individual group celebrations like an environmental group, technology group and many more. There’s sports day and cultural too. There are many national level paper presentations held per year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is categorised into three. The first one is the entrance exam fee. That itself is costly of around ?40000. Coming to the college fee, it’s around ?20000 and the tuition fee is also ?20000. So now adding extra fees like hostel or bus facilities it ranges to about 60000 and 20000 respectively. So as a whole, 1.25 lakhs in an average is needed.

Fees and Financial Aid

College doesn’t give any scholarships at all. But KCET itself has the option. You can apply for scholarships on our own which the college will help with to a point.

Campus Life

3.5

There’s gender equality as a whole no question at all. The campus life is boring as there’s not much to extend and explore. Labs are good and top notch but nothing as such in the latest technology. They lack training on new techs. They try and promote external training too.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel as same as the others. It’s just an average one. The food is edible but not so tasty is what I’ve heard about. The rooms are three sharing. The wardens are nonfriendly. They lack enthusiasm is helping the fellow students. Needs lots of improvement.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the alumni in this college are successful in connecting altogether. The alumni meet happens on 26th of January every year.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is fixed. There are eight semesters and as of which is called a four-term course. Each Semester has 3 internals which is compulsory and the sum total is added and the average is summed to the external marks of that particular subject. So it follows each semester and comprises of the aggregate at the end.

Admission

The admission procedure is well known to all. I got into this college through KCET. So the procedure was simple. Attend the exam. Received my score. Then applied for colleges. Ultimately after two successful rounds got into this college. Then the admission procedure continued

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of the college is very much help but It differs from each department. The faculty of each department is very much well-versed in their own fields. They are helpful but at times because of their status and the designation of the hold they might be a bit unfriendly. Few faculties I like your own family because of the way they treat you and the way the teacher u.

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
