  • The infrastructure is not up to the mark and the buildings are very old
  • The faculty most of the times is not very interested in teaching too.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Economics hons is one of the most renowned course offered by the university and is very in demand. The curriculum is well prepared and is considered to be one of the best in this field. It does prepare us for the real world. However, we can se more of the coding and data analysis components in our curriculum. The exam level is decent enough.

Internships Opportunities :

A lot of internships are offered by the college placement cell in almost all of the fields and all of the courses to cater students in all the semesters. Skill related internships are also available such as content writing, graphic designing, sales etc.

Placement Experience :

Internships are available for all years and all courses. However one has to be in the last semester to appear for job interviews. Many companies like KPMG, EY, TCS, etc visit our college looking for campus placement. The highest package offered is 21lakhs while avg package ranges from 5-6 lakhs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fee is very affordable and the hike is very minimal. The complete cost is not very high. Scholarships as well as financial aid are also available. Campus employment are available for all fields. Internships with stipend as well as without stipend are available.

Campus Life :

The fest season in DU is renowned for. A lot of fests, events, sessions keep happening in DU. February-march and September to October are the prime fest seaaons. Sports tournaments are also frequently conducted with a lot of Olympic sports being a part of the college teams. DU is known for its society and club culture. The libraries are well maintained with wide range of books in each field.

Admission :

The eligibility for my course for 12th oass with a min aggregate of 50% and maths as a compulsory subject. CUET was conducted for the admission process. The application form is released once a year with per subject fees for 1000rs. The level of exam wasn't too difficult. The cut off for my course in my college was 650 out 800

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is pretty decent and the faculty members of my course specifically are determined to teach us and keep finding interesting ways to keep us engaged. The faculty is well educated with good credentials as well as experience in the corporate sector. They share with us their wisdom and are very approachable. We can contact them almost whenever we need them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I pursued a bachelor's of arts hons. In applied psychology. The name itself shows that it is an applied science field and must contain field visits and hands-on experience for more applied knowledge and experience but there was nothing done of sorts to expand our knowledge base about practical application of principles. But apart from this, the theoretical knowledge was vast which gave us enough knowledge about the theories and stuff.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the case of courses, ignore offers a lot of courses that I teach. It depends on the student. If you have to only focus on your main subject (like economics after all business), they give you various types of courses in their university, but it seems it was distance learning, so proper guidance will not be provided by the university. But I took my BAM (bachelors).

Course Curriculum Overview:

At first, didn't seem very relevant but slowly, gradually as you dwell more depeer and start researching about the texts or novels or dramas that were there in the curriculum, it starts making more sense and you can actually relate to all of it in a much better way. But ofcourse it takes time and effort to do so.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course structure is comprehensive as I am from a language course so for me it's quite hard to manage alongwith the optional course that is compulsory in graduation. The faculty is equipped with the language lab for the audio and visual experience to the students. The exams are conducted on the regular basis, 4 exams including first sessional second sessional mid term and end sem. The difficulty levels depend on the Professors mood.
