I really liked how the faculty expertise the teaching methods and the mentorship quality of this college
There is a great opportunity once you enter the co circular groups like Dance, song, drama and sports

Dislikes

A little bit of placement issue rest everything was fine
Infrastructure could have been better for hospitality students

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum provided was very helpful was completed within the given time with ample amount of revision. Sharing real experiences helped us tackle the industry in a much better way . And I think the teaching methods are okay till now.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My complete course costed me around 2.8 lakhs including the scholarship I got for my class 12 board results . The college provided me with a internship in Bangalore . It was quite an amazing yet hectic part of life for us .

Campus Life

2 fests are organised every year LOGIN AND SANDBOX We have a Vectra as a fashion show . Various inter college competition Aangan is the society for all the cultural wellveings . Library is accessible and issue of books can be done through by using the ID CARDS.

Admission

Eligibility ( 10+2) With all marksheets Application form is available online I did not face any issue in admission process . It was easy and hassle free . They charges around 45000 for the admission and rest was divided with the 3 years .

Faculty

Interactive session with the faculties begin from Day 1 of the college . It is amazing how the faculties turn out to be very friendly and interactive once we enter the college through various events and sessions organised by them .

Interview Experience

There was not GD ROUND for my interview session. I only sat for PI round . And was asked abouty schooling , family , interest , hobbies , future goals . Next I was given my offler letter and I had to take my parents to college for some discussion and my admission was done .

Build a Career with NSHM Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Most of students get more than 2 placements. They placement is over in 1 Month and now a lot of students are being placed in Europe, USA, Mauritius with a very good package. They are also placing students in Retails, FMCG, Entertainment and other areas. But i think the fee that we pay, we can get back only in third year when students can go for Internship, as they can earn more than 6-7 Lakhs and palcements is just too good.

NSHM Hotel and Tourism Management, Durgapur - A Place to Study

Placement Experience:

Students are given placements before the final year. A lot of companies come with Oberoi, Taj, Marriott and others. International Placements is done through companies who conduct online interviews, but i dont know what paramters they ask in interview. But placements is 100%. Placements in India is around 4LPA while International it is more than 12-15 LPA

The riot hotel,taj hotel other organisations for the students The highest package is 10 lpa and average lpa is 4. Percentage of students getting placement is 96.87. my plans after getting degree is to become cooks to serve people to where I am cooking foods and beverages

I choose this college over the other colleges because cost and quality of education was a significant fact with some colleges had higher tuition fees. My college provide similar Academy facilities at a more affordable cost with a easy of admission procedure. This college has a wide range of programmes, making it easier to choose my interest in. It also offer affordable tuition fees for programmes rather high tuition fees like other colleges. NSHM knowledge campus life - a compilation of poor infrastructure bittersweet memories and lot of learnings to be precis

I was very confused with my course choosing only because I'm from science bckground and now totally into business field. This decision actually had few steps. Like I was very interested towards agriculture but in kolkata there were no proper agriculture institute so it was in the exterior side of kolkata for which i had to shift so i made a choice that it would be best to study from LPU punjab as its the best. But my parents didn't allow so there was like a lot of turbulence and finally i decided to change my stream and go for bba as HR was even something which always excited me.
