Extraordinary place to learn dentistry

Dentistry is not easy but the way my college teaches it made all things easy. Faculty members for all departments are available all the time. The course offers wide range of wisdom on all aspects of dentistry even with a BDS degree one can run a clinic on his/her own. Exams were conducted monthly so that we are able to evaluate our knowledge level and improve it over time. Both theory and practicals were conducted which makes us strong to face the final exams.

Our college provides treatment for all dental problems. We have seperate advanced setup for those who prefer advances in dental field such as CAD CAM crowns, implants, intraoral digital scanners, etc . Certificates for participation and presentations will be given based on our involvement in academic activities.

Tution fees are determined by the government of tamil adu. Extra fees such as development fee, books, dental instruments, exam fee, etc will be there every year. We had incentive basis stipened in our internship. Scholarship options are available for backward and scheduled caste members. Cash prizes will be awarded for toppers in each subject every year and in addition if we attend any conferences elsewhere and got reward, cash prizes will be given.

Curricular activities like clinical society meeting, triple O meetings, clinical forum, etc are conducted every month. Extra curricular activites are also given great importance. We have cricket ground, basketball court, volley ball court, indoor games like badmiton, table tennis, tennikoit court are available. Gym seperate for girls and boys available inside campus. Participation in intercollage conferences for both curricular and extra curricular activities. Annual sports meet and culturals will be conducted in a very grabd manner.

Basic eligibility criteria will be based on NEET UG score and 60% in HSE board exams. Admissions can be done by regular state counselling and can also apply in the official college website. Final exams will contain theory and practical part which carry 100 marks seperatly. 50% will be qualified.

Faculty members of each department have their own space and whenever we have any doubts we can go to thrm and get it clarified. The use of teaching aids like smart board and ppt presentations helped alot in understanding the subject
