Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good and relevant to the point and it prepare the student how to be a good Pharmacist in future to help local and educated people in the world. All the factor depend upon the way of leaning and analyzing ourself and our potential towards our respective course.

Internships Opportunities

Internship are related to your study and what you are taking in 3 year subject because student need to choose between Subject for further study and company offer 3month duration internship depend upon your interview and study percentages.

Placement Experience

The placement are provide in private sector only Because of the company infrastructure and the internship amount and the highest package is upto700000 and there are number of company visit in year to have a good offers for student and student required 70% for a good placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is all over high paid and it tales a lot of Money to be in the college and the faculty as well as the university demand fee before the start of semester. Yes there is availability of scholarship for every caste (expect: general category).

Campus Life

The fest are huge fun on to be in and the club member are divided as per their hobbies and there are various seminar given by the college to have a Lecture on real life topic which are important to understand.The facuilites usually help in event preparation.

Hostel facility is good and clean and their are three bed and one washroom in each room And the college provided mess facility to hostel student and regular pray is done in the hostel and yes many student do take pg Because of their respective meanwhile for studying hostel is not a bad decision.

Admission

The course required to clear the entrances exam of Pharmacy that is CGPPHT, exam where both the stream can give the exam maths and biology. The reservation of seat are according to caste and provided by the government.

Placement Experience:

After 8th semester student will eligible for placement or internship. Cipla company were visited and given number of offers for student. Almost 60 percent student got placement I will do M pharma in this college.

I was influenced by the nature of the course that how one should handle with the medicines and all the practical related to it. The curriculum of the University will prepare you to bear the stress as it gives a lot of burden either by means of exams or either by practicals. the frequency of practical and the quality of education during practical or studies can be improved by giving E education. The sessional exams are of less marks and the duration of the exam is one hour and the semester exams are of three hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So I am doing B pharmacy in which study of medicines, and all knowledge regarding to drug making to there effect, selling, marketing every thing we study. This course gives me a lot of knowledge about medicine which will help me in future reference when I'll join any medical field like knowledge of medicines about which medicine is given in treatment of what disease. Areas for improvement- I would say the teaching methods should be improved. The working of University shoul be improved they should make easier for students to communicate with them. Timing of exams are hectic. We have to give CT exams in every 45 days and after that we have to give final semester exams. Frequency of exams is not good there is no break for us

My good and bad experience in GGV Bilaspur CG

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy is an excellent field if you can travel and live outside the CG bcoz there's no scope of pharmacy in CG bcoz it is limited to hospital pharmacy or retail shop or clinical pharmacist only. There's a lot of opportunities outside the CG like indore, chennai , Hyderabad, sikkim, industries. Also if you dislike to work under someone you shall open a retail shop in a proper area to earn more money. Best opportunity is DI and railway pharmacist but their vacancy comes once in 5 year only that is the biggest demerit of pharmacy field i guess. Professorship is also good if you have patience level bcoz PhD is mandatory and not everyone has enough patience to qualify CSIR net and do PhD.

Placement Experience:

Final-year students are eligible for campus placement. Caplin point we did and 80%of students get placement. but salaries are only 15000. this is a drawback of this. if we do an extra course we can earn 25000 or above.
