Our seniors and teachers describe us about the courses of next semester and accordingly we have to choose it. Only some courses have option in choosing them, most of them are compulsory. There are 4 exams in a year. 2 semester exams and 2 mid-semester exams. The difficulty depends on the convener but the great thing about IIT is their relative marking. So no need to take tension about exams. Notes and stuffs taught in class only comes in the exam.

Many companies come in the college for internship and you can even apply on many of them as they are informed to us through mail. In civil there are site works. And generally offers a good stipend for your work.

Campus placement happens in 4th year and internship starts from 2nd year itself. Pre-placement offers are also given. A lot companies come to IIT BHU and it is having a good placement stats. Highest package till now is about 1Cr+. And average vary from branch to branch.

Fees vary from branch to branch but by small amount only. Fee's are to be submitted before semester starts and is approx. 1lakh 15 thousand as total including hostel, mess food and tuition fee. IIT's charge very less for there hostel and mess. There are a lot of scholarship's also. Our HOD frequently mail us about them. Our fee's also vary on the basis of our parental income. The one I told was when your parental income in above 5lakh. And it vary accordingly.

There are many fests happening in the campus. Most famous is Kashiyatra. Very famous personalities are also invited to perform. IIT BHU is having a library which is good enough. And reading room area where you can study till 2am. Overall it provides one of the best campus life.

IIT BHU hostels are quite good. Most of them are 2 sharing some are 3 seater also Food provided is on of the best provided in and other IIT. There are very varieties and even if you don't like it you can tell them to make something else as they have some other options as well. Registration process was also very smooth. It is very affordable

For admission in IIT's you have to clear JEE mains and JEE advanced. And according to your rank if it is good enough you can get any IIT. Jee Mains form is available on the website of jee mains itself. Check the date before and it happens twice a year. One is eligible for giving Jee advanced if they had cleared jee mains, jee advanced is much more difficult than jee mains. There are reservation on the basis of caste and income. Other admission process is very smooth and not to worry about it.

Most of our classes have a strength of around 150 students and there are 4-5 courses per semester. The faculty members are very friendly and many of them are themselves from IIT's. Most of them have done their PhD from reputed foreign universities. For interactions with faculty members you can approach them after classes and ask for their time or mail them and take a proper time to meet them in their office.
