The course is highly relevant since if offers Computer science, Information Technology, Design (product, game, interior and architecture), Multimedia and GIS. The course is versatile and branching out into jobs and higher education is given a lot of choice

Internships are sometimes offered my our faculty. We also get opportunities to work ynder them for a research project as well. We can also look for interships outside college but must stay relevant to the course

The fee this course takes is 50,000/- per anum, so you can earn your degree at a minimal fee of 2,00,000. There are various scholarships provided in the form of financial aid to students who apply and qualify for such.

Social Life of JNAFAU revolves around the canteen, OAT and the indoor sports rooms. For clubs as such there arent any at the moment but we don have quite a few cultural fests lasting 1-2 days each. Everyone is very welcoming at campus.

Admission

To get into this college you must clear TSEAMCET and choose this course during counselling. It is highly recommended that you speak to the faculty prior, to ensure you are apt for this course. The difficulty level of entry is pretty low.

faculty to students ration is either 1:30 or 2:30/35. The faculty is highly educated and their approach to teaching is very hands on and practical. tge faculty is available all the time for students .

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Students aspiring to pursue education abroad are also provided with guidance and support.

Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

Rishi Campus :- Worth a try

Placement Experience:

Our college has good placement opportunities. We are eligible for campus placements since 3-2 or 4-1. The highest package offered is 14 lakhs and the average package is 4 to 5 lakhs. 85 to 90% students get placements and others are also provided with other opportunities. We have got NAAC and NBA accreditations so we have more scope for placements now. I plan on getting a job and continue my MS.

Actually from 4-1 students are eligible of getting campus placements And I'm currently pursuing my 4-1 so they do train us in bestest way to perform well on interviews and crack it They did promised that we'll be placed in best company and we'll be leaving the college with minimum 3 offer letters And I do believed in them because I've seen my seniors getting placed in good companies with good packages Also if I'm not satisfied with the placements i choose to complete my masters abroad and settle there itself

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very particular in choosing my course ie- computer science engineering. My aim is to become a software engineer, so I was very passionate about the course since my 10th. I find this course is very good but the point is it focuses on all the areas, but for an engineer the main point is computer courses. If this part is focused more then it will be useful.

From 4-1 we are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Tcs, Deloitte along with core etc..visit our college.the highest package is 6L.mostly 70 to 80 percent will get placed.my plans after getting the degree is to attend the campus placement and secure a job with decent package.

The placements in our college are very good the highest package which we got in our college this year is around 18 lpa and the lowest package offered is around 3 to 3.5 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa a lot of companies come to our college to conduct the placement drive as we have campus recruitment training from our first year it makes it a bit easier to face the interview some of the companies that visit our college are mandatory cognizant TCS Accenture Infosys Wipro HCL ADP the placement drive starts when you are in your 4th year 1st semester or at the end of your third year second semester

There is no such particular college entrance exam for the department which i have taken, but the students are selected as a part of state conducted EAMCET exam results councelling. I have got selected to the University as part of that. initially i have no idea that the college ever Exists. Previously i have got selected to other college at my home town Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, in Pharma department (B.Pharm). Since i have no interest in biology related subjects i have to choose opt for another college. After looking at the environment of the JNAFAU, i have decided to study there.
