Hostel facility were available and was very good
Canteen food was very good and at cheap price.
Laboratory facilities were very good and comfortable.

Placements opportunities were very less.
Wi-Fi facility were available but had issue with connection

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum influenced me in a manner that I can easily get placed to a job. The curriculum prepares us for real world applications and further academic pursuits also. The frequency of exams was once in a 6 months.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a government college tuition fees were very less. Had only 3000 per year. The complete cost of my education including tuition, service fees, and other compulsory charges were around 15000 for three years. There are meri-based scholarships.

Campus Life

The annual and technical festivals include arts day, sports day, c-zone, cultural festivals, celebrations on particular events, etc. College has a very large library and it has so many books and journals. Sports and extra curricular activities are also offered on campus.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is plus two with high marks. Application is through online mode ( through Calicut University website). Reservation is there for minorities and it helps them to be selected for the course fast.

Faculty

The faculty-to-student ratio was as per standard and it doesn't have any issue on our learning experience. The faculties are highly qualified and their teaching and mentorship were very helpful. We can interact with teachers in any time.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Placement Experience:

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. The placement assistant cell prepare students very well for the placements.They grooms the students and prepares them for aptitude test, interviews and group discussions which are required for placements.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
