Course Curriculum Overview

4

Exam patterns and questionaries are actually quite good and I think who ever are actually studying with efforts they will definitely pass. And every 6 months gap there will be one semester and total six semester. Exam duration is 3 hours for 100 marks. I would suggest that attend all the classes regularly and get in touch with the faculties.

Fees and Financial Aid

Odisha Govt. Providing scholarship to all the students who are scoring more than 60% in each semester especially for (SC, ST, & OBC). I have paid college fees Rs. 1,800 and hostel feel Rs. 6,500 and extra convince fee. And every year end campus placements gets conducted with average Package of 3LPA. I have joined a private tution and paid 180000 for 3 years

Campus Life

4

Since I have joined in Covid batch my campus life was not so good as we were quarantined but yes first 6 months I went to college before covid and made a lot of friends. The classrooms are advanced and cleaned and strength around 80 students. Our college has a very big scope on sports. Every year many students from our college gets medals in different sports in States and nationals and we have NCC ans scout in our college.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel Facilities were pathetic in our time but now they builded good rooms and food is average. In hostel what we can expect about food. But it's affordable for lower class students and joining fee only 6500 for a year and food cost extra monthly depends upon how many meals you are eating. 2 times food they will provide and the average meal cost varies between 22-32 rupees per meal.

Admission

Admission process was not so good but not so complicated. The authority need to dematerialize the whole process. And the year I have joined which is 2019 the cut off was taken 65% for commerce and about exams in every 6 months gap there's 1 semester and total 6 semester. And the exams are not difficult. It depends on you how are you studying. I would suggest that they should make the admission process fully online. No paper and pen should be there

Faculty

4

The faculties are cooperative and they make sure we are not having any doubts. Specifically I like 2-3 faculties Jogi Sir, Kar Sir, and Rabi Mishra. They are actually quite good at delivering lectures. And other faculties are also good Sambit Sir, Manoj Mishra.

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course bcom because I want to be a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). I think this is the best course I can opt for. All faculty members are good, calm and friendly so that students can communicate with them frankly but still we respect our faculty members ,teachers and head of our department. Moreover, faculty members are changing each semester wise. So till now everyone's teaching methods are well and good. Our semesters are conducted twice in a year and in between that internal exams are conducted for students practice. As from my point of view none of the exams could be difficult to pass, because if you study properly you will perform well in exams , if you didn't study then you will not perform well, as simple.
