It's one of its kind Institutes known for its discipline and also a student run college where in there are different commitee formed.

Entrance Preview

CAT-70 I had come to visit the campus, the day I had filled the form I had to seat for an interview on the same day and then the results was announced the very next day.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college has no full time faculties except for Finance. The visiting faculties are the best of their kind and also. Some of the faculties from Top colleges like IIM'S and many other come to teach here.

Internships Opportunities

Many good colleges like ziffi.com, Octane eclerx come on the campus for hiring students on internships and the average stipend offered is around 10000.

Placement Experience

Placement is 100% the average package goes to around 5.75 lacks per annum and the lowest is said to be 4.5 lacs per annum Some of the good companies like HP octane ziffi come on the campus.

Our College is like a family where in we celebrate each and every small things including birthdays and also cultural festivals our college also organises a fest known as Purple Fever which would be held in the month of Dec this year.

It's quite feasible I would say when it comes to ROI The college campus is also quite descent enough the College also has a good library facilities with more than 1500 books.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

I'm from a non-management background so I had a 2-step interview process which is only one step for management background students (Graduation). At first, I was asked questions about my graduation along with management questions which went for 40 minutes of rigorous question answers. In second, they completely focused on management questions, went deep into specific topics. It was rather a discussion type instead of a question-answer type in a way where they asked questions and waited for my answers, corrected me every time I went wrong to have a clear idea about anything I'm talking about.
