Likes

Good environment which is fully covered with the trees, the nature in the college is very green, we have fresh air while walking in the college premises
Good playground for playing sports and games
Good lab equipments like providing super computer

Dislikes

The classrooms are very old and they need to be renovated
The placements are very poor in the college overall the 50 percentage of the students are not able to got placed in the placements
The providing of the smart class are very poor mostly there is no use of any smart classes using projectors

Course Curriculum Overview

Choosing the computer science and engineering will the best for these days because the world is running on the computers, this computer science and engineering course has a very good subjects in the semesters, there is also good books available in the library

There are only less placements available in our college. Only some of the students are placed in this year, mostly is better to take a programming course after finishing the graduation, there are some employability provided in our college, but it's better to take a good course outside to get placed

The fee structure in our college vary from the 96000 to 120000, there are some scholarship provided by the government like epass scholarship, there are some employment opportunities are present in our college

Campus Life

Our college has a very good playground, sports in our are very good, there are many tournaments go on with the other colleges as per semester, also we have a basketball court, there is dedicated sports club available in our college

Admission

The admission process is quite simple, I entered into this college by passing the eamcet entrance exam I got a rank of 25k and I opted for this college this is the 9 college I chose while councelling. I had simply God the seat in the college

Faculty

The faculty in our college are good but not excellent. Most of them are good in their subject but they can't able teach the students well, college should intake the more skillfull faculty to teach the students. The hod's are not even have the Doctorate.

Placement Experience:

From 3.1 the students of the campus are eligible for placements and faculty also helps us in guiding regarding the placemnsts and stuff . There are various number of companies like tcs , Accenture , google ,Microsoft ,next wave and etc . The offered packages are full like our seniors are 100 percent placed from the campus . The highest package of last year senior is 14lpa.my plans after getting degree is to work in the company which I have been placed

placement scenario at mu is developing but not yet at the level one would expect from an institute that markets itself as industry alligned , while there are some good opportunities , overall placement perfomance is average eligibility: student become elgible for campus placements in 7th semester aptitude training , pre placement talks usually begin in 6th semester companies visited tech mahindra , infosys , tcs , cognizant , accenture , hexaware highest package 12 - 14 LPA avg package 4-6 LPA PLACEMENT RATE ; around 65 -70 % for cse and related branches , for non cse percentage is significantly lower since placement scene isnt very strong i plan to prepare for gate or gre , explore certifications in data science or ai or possibly apply for research based ms programs

My BTech experience at CMR Technical Campus 21-25 batch

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.

Actually I haven't applied to any other colleges ,as my college selection was given by government since I was in conveyor quota . There will be counselling process of three rounds in which we should give the preferences to the desired colleges and according to your eamcet rank the government will allot you the college and I'm glad that I have got this college .there is nothing like rejection because I have got my seat in the first phase of counselling itself .admission process is quiet easy : should meet the admission head and fill the forms for admission and pay some amount for seat and eligibility is to complete intermediate , the exams accepted for our course is eamcet ,cutoff depends on the branch we are taking in...Read More
