Course Curriculum Overview

4

Rgpv is the only state technological University which is government autonomous and also maximum colleges are affiliated to this university.this made me feel authentic also the facilities were experienced. They conduct regular workshop so that we can apply what we study this prepares students for real world The faculties should take personal track record of each student as this will improvise them The exams here are of medium difficulty and if you will study what they taught in class you can score good.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There are various industrial training and internship program which are easily available to students. Most internships are tech related coding related like backend, frontend etc They first train you and then provide you projects on the basis of your training

Placement Experience

3

Placement is good but this year has brought recession which has affected the placement of this college From 7 semester students are eligible for placement Placement was bad this year not even 10 percent student got placed on campus but they got placed off campus My personal efforts are crucial for my placement and one should not completely rely on college for placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for Unreserved catagory is affordable and if you belong to reserved catagories it will reduce more.students here get scholarship majorly MMVY scholarship so there fees is 500/- for 4 years which is very very affordable Students also apply for reliance scholarship For general the fee for a year Is around 35000 including exam form fees etc For OBC it is same as general but it can reduce upon family annual income For SC and ST it is 500/- per year

Campus Life

3

The college organizes various events, one of the very famous event is MAHASANGRAM a cultural event And various techfest are conducted every week or month The library has more 12000 books I love that. Sports complex is there but not opens which is bad it only opens on events Students clubs for self development, music, dance is available.

Admission

I score 85.5 percentile and I got this college. For admission you have to apply for MPDTE councelling and do choice filling by observing the cut offs of previous year.once the college is alloted you will get allotment letter after which for admission you have to visit the college with all the required documents (10th 12th Marksheet,Aadhar or pan card, allotment letter, migration certificate and transfer certificate original) UPI payments are accepted which is a good thing

Faculty

4

The facilities do take doubts of students and tries to explain the topic deeply upto satisfaction.they also conduct regular mentorship sessions for students to guide them regularly.if anyone's doubt is not cleared in class he/she can meet them personally in staff room for clarification of their doubt

Other Applied Colleges

Institute of Engineering and Technology, Devi Ahilya University - [IET -DAVV] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Electronics & Telecom Engineering)

I didn't opt for this college because my rank was not enough to take admission in that college

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. Companies visiting campus are mostly mass recruiters along with a few product-based and mid-level companies. Most students receive an average package of approximately 5-6 LPA, while higher packages are offered to only a few top performers. Few seniors, whom I know got packages of 8.5 LPA, 12 LPA, and 19 LPA also, so basically higher packages are also offered but their competition is high and only some of them can make it up to that. A good percentage of eligible students receive the placement offers, mainlt in IT and service-based roles, but competition remains there, so one needs to have serious preparation on his or her own. Arond 60%+ students got placed every year from on-campuses placements. The placement cell provides training sessions and interview sessions from the third year onwards. Overall, placements can be considered decent compared to other private colleges in the region. Basically, after completing my graduation, I plan to pursue good placement otherwise prepare further for civil services after understanding career growth, however, this is not my final decision but could make a final one before the completion of course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The manit curriculum for mechanical is quite strong in basics and was a major reason i chose this course .It covers core maths ,mechanics ,physics ,electrical and wrskhopa ,which helps for higher studies and exams .Exams are frequent with midsems ,quizzes and endsems;sometimes the schedule feels packed, but it keeps us regular with the syllabus.Difficulty is moderate if you attend classes and practice .Still , some subjects feel outdated and there should be more software , projects and insustry oriented content.

Placement record is decent, campus drives happens regularly. If no campus placement is offered then it's obvious one has to struggle a bit more to get a decent job but I beleive the college makes the students capable enough to crack the campus placement if a person really is capable then their is no lack of resources from the college. Even if there is no in campus placement I think everyone has a plan B.
