- NHCM sees every student from the same lens and hence all students are treated equally at our college.
- College has a different vibe in evening as unwinding sessions hits differently at NHCM.
- NHCM needs a special mention when it comes to placements as many top banks have partnered with the college for placements.
Dislikes
- Just too strict for my liking as 85% attendance is a bit more I feel.
Course Curriculum Overview
BBA is something that was more of mandatory as my plan is to pursue MBA post my graduation. Curriculum has given me a fair idea on how I should move forward as the difficulty level has kept on increasing semester after semester.
Placement Experience
As soon as we enter our final semester T&P cell starts approaching us. Banks have been out top partners and banks such as Axis, Yes Bank, PnB and others have hired maximum students from our department. Freshers gets in hand salary of 30-50k a month and that has been the median of salary for past couple of years.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees increases by 10% every year which is common for any university given the inflation that we are facing. Scholarships are abundant and nearly half the students have enrolled them for some or the other scholarships such as sports scholarship, minority scholarship or SC/ST scholarships. Scholarships are also granted to meritious students who do well every year.
Campus Life
Revelations has been out department fest which is celebrated in October or November while annual cultural fest Sargam is organized the end of each year. For sports we have volleyball, basketball and table tennis facilities and students are seen bidding their time on sports as soon as the classes are over.
Admission
One has to clear 12th with good percentage as cut-offs are high to get admissions on merit. Reserved category students gets admission with a minimum of 60% while for general category the cut-offs is somewhere in mid 80s. Admissions are mostly done online as for outsiders it is impossible to visit college again and again to check whether they have made it or not.
Faculty
Learning depends on individual I guess and faculties are there for moral support. From group assignments to individual presentations we are thrown challenges in every semester to learn how to work with team and how to operate individually. Faculties make sure student who comes to NHCM gets evolved before he/she walks out.
