CGC (CCT) Landran - all that you want to know

Labs are well equipped than most of the private colleges and experiments are also done very nicely via the help of your teachers and lab attendants. Although some equipments don't work well but you can always rise a concern about that. Syllabus is studied precisely.

Highest package offered for bsc biotechnology students was about 6-7 lakhs. Average placement is of 3-3.5 lakhs. Biotechnology companies come for placement but sales company gives most placement in my year.

When I took admission, fee was about 30000 per semester, additional exam fees of 1500 . But scholarships are also available like you can opt for sc/st quota or other government scholarship funds. Placement are normal, like the companies would be coming but most of them are sales company.

Parivartan is the most important function.it lasts for 2-3 days and a lot of fun activities are there. Several other functions happens almost on every occasion. Star night is done with dj till midnight. There is Library in every block of the campus. Along with the other library there is central library also which have a wide range of books. Some classrooms have projector screens also and computer labs are there. A lot of extracurricular activities like dancing, Singing, debate, speech,sports are organised. Various clubs like dancing,sports,book, painting clubs are available. You can join accordingly your interests.

Admission was direct . I just had to fill out the registration form and submit the registration fees. For confirmation of your seat ,I paid them 10000 as a registeration fee, which was further adjusted in the semester fee.

Teachers are available from 9:15 to 4:30. You can ask your doubts and concerns anytime. Some teachers are really very friendly. You can share all kinds of problems with them either personal or work related.
