Course Curriculum Overview

Nice course with very limited competition as only a few individuals choose forensic science as their mainstream. The curriculum covers all the topics that are must for a forensic scientist to know Need more guest lectures Exams are conducted in semester pattern with moderate level of difficulty

Internships Opportunities

Unpaid 1-month internship provided at the Police control room Internship in Codef Solutions or AFSR Multiple projects and tasks are done under the internship like the packaging of evidence, fingerprints examination questioned documents examination

It's a fact that at the BSc level no placement is given by any college. But placement Assistance is provided But in other courses, many companies visited for placements like PNB, Burger, Kotak, etc But our University offers 100% internships that are really good After getting degree I would give NET JRF, FACT, and FACT PLUS exams and also get enrolled for a Masters

The course fee is 63000 per year Scholarship is provided to sports players (state or national level) No cost EMI option is provided as financial assistance The internship is also given Though at the bachelor level No placement is offered placement assistance is given

Campus Life

Various events are organized in RU few main ones are Indradhanush (3 days grand event), Ambassador (7 days PD event with Winners getting a free trip to Dubai), Sportzilla (3 days sports event) A very huge peaceful and visually appealing library with a variety of books including a digital library More than 8 different labs, smart class, theatre, conference hall, moot court 12 clubs based on 12 different hobbies

Admission

Eligibility is 12th pass with PCB or PCM Minimum 50% for the general category and 45% for OBC, SC & ST After a basic registration process that can be done online, one can directly get admission after fee payment. CUET-based admissions are also done Each semester includes 2 mid-semester tests and a semester exam. Difficulty level is moderate. Need more strict guidelines for the admission process

Faculty

Nice and helpful faculties, with the faculty to student ratio of 1:30 . They conduct practicals every week and provide timely updates for events in the field of forensic science. Helps in research work. Solve doubts. Encourage students to Participate in various college events. Friendly and ready to help

Interview Experience

No such gd or interview taken as taken direct admission but from now CUET is a criteria for which one should study 12th ncert of physics chemistry biology/ physics and English grammar and aptitude After registration process admission can be taken directly

Chose this course as it really is intresting are covers a variety of sub subjects in the forensic sciences field and the syllabus really covers everything you need. I was always interested in forensic since childwood and wanted to do criminology in forensic science.. that's why I've choosed this subject.. Faculty member are all well educated.. all having PHD and NET degree.. All the Faculty members are educated from the india's 1st forensic science university sagar university present in "sagar" (Madhya pradesh)... All the faculty members have good knowledge and know good way of teachers and treating students.. I have taken about three exams in forensic science two quiz two quiz in practical exam main practical exam.. Due to good preparations all goes well.. And it was little bit difficult but was really interesting to attend those difficult questions and challange ourself.. Always asking questions with the teachers and seniors helped me.. Teacher and seniors are very interactive and answer the problems without getting mad having nice behaviour... Collage having fest interdepartmental fests competitive quiz.. and so on... All we need to interact.
