Course Curriculum Overview

4

I had chosen civil engineering as i have interest in building construction. The courses of integral university are up-to-dated. The coordinator knows the area of improvement and he used to correct it. 2 mid semesters and 2 semesters takes place. 5 months semesters takes place in this university.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There is not so much of internship opportunities provided by Integral University. But some of the internships they provide for the students such in Metro for Civil Engineering students. Intership in Thailand for other department students i.e management and Computer Science.

Placement Experience

3

Integral university used to provide campus placement majorly for the department of commerce and bussiness administration. The placement for engineering is quite low. For engineering departments there is a lack of core placements. From final semester students are eligible for placements. 4 lac is average package and 12 lac is highest. I also got placed through campus placement so after graduation i will join my company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure varry for all the departments. The fee structure of btech in civil engineering is 1lac 40k per annum. There are government schorlarship such as UP scholarship and NSP but apart from this university provides its own scholarship like merit scholarship, J&K scholarship, North Indian students scholarship, and Progression scholarship which helps students more often in choosing this university.

Campus Life

4

The overall experience of mine is 8 by 10. Integral University is 120 acre lavish green campus. The environment of this university is very good for students. The annual festive that held is known as fiesta in which sports and various cultural and other activities takes place. The range of book accessibilty is good as this university have departments as well as central libraray where we can get any book of our need and several journals paper.

Admission

For the admission process, we have to fill up the forms and then give the entrace after that if we got qualified then we get the admissions. The admission process is quite easy for others departments but for medical department it tough.

Faculty

4

The faculty ratio is 1:4 in civil engineering department. The faculty members are well qualified. Mostly are phd professors but some of the teachers are masters from IITS' NITS' and other central university. They focus on the latest approach of studies and syllabus. They provide well updated syllabus and go through them for study material. They are very helpful in nature. If there is any problem they will stand by your side.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since curriculum was given by AKTU itself, colleges only has the power to choose elective subjects- Few subjects were my fav and helped me alot in lot's of different scenerios - like EDC,Network Theory and ofc VLSI Design was my fav. For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. More faculties staff's are required.

Placement Experience:

Taking about campous placement of my college so this is not so good like it is almost negligibe . If you want job then you have to fimd it by yourself and you have to apply by yourself to company. sometimes few prof. will help you to apply for some companies but most of the times you have to do it by yourself only. As in other colleges you will be elegible for internships from 2nd year is also the same thing you can start your internship when ever you get it. Almost no company visit here for placement but some time few companies come here for ME and Civil deparment students .the placement percentage is approx 35 to 40 percent. My plans after getting degre is to go for higher studies.
