Internships Opportunities

Got internship offer from one of the company, but terms and conditions were too ridiculous and Stipend was just 1500 per month.

Placement Experience

Management was showing Placement as 100%. in Reality, Only BPO's and fraud companies were coming in the college who asks for a huge amount from student for a bounded period and later they promise to give job.

College Events

Celebration was it was good. Every year they were celebrating Engineers Day, Annual Function. But required seminar and other personality development classes were not provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

During Joining, they have shown big list of scholarship. I was topper until 6th Sem, but didn't get any scholarship amount though they used to announce Semester wise scholarship for topper.

Campus Life

Gender ration was 55:45 (M:F), Extracurricular was bad, Sport wise bad, competitions wise bad.

Faculty

All faculties were freshers. They were not having good skilled teacher. Faculties were not support instead they use their student for their person demand.

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

There are the good placements in this college averege package of this college is 600000 and highest package of this college is 420000 and shivshankara college raipur have best lab therefore I choose this college and placement is too good comapare with other colleges raipur

Students are eligible for placement from 7th semester. Companies visiting for placements are - Infosys , TCL , Avinash buildcons, HDFC , and many more . My college also have many MOUs signed one of them is with L&T . Packages and placement - Highest package : ?42LPA Average Package : ?6 LPA Placement percentage: 60-70% as few students also opt for higher studies .

Placement Experience:

As I am Btech Student, every student become eligible for campus placements after 7th Semester. Many companies visits the college such as JSL, TCS, Muthood Finance, Flipkart etc:- every year. Highest Package here was 33 Lakhs Per Year on Amazon by Sujeet Soni. And average package of the college varies from 4.8-4.9 lakhs per annum. Students getting placed varies from 85-89% success rate.

Good college

Placement Experience:

Placement at our college is average if you are from the technical branches like CSE or if you have scope to get a placement inside the college and if you are from low branches like civil or many others then there is a very less chance to get a place inside the campus. From the technical branches like CSE, the average package goes to around 6 to 7 lakh and the highest packages around 40 lakh but it was off campus and the companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro Dettol, Patanjali so on come here and recruit the students. Almost 60 to 70% of the students get placed in our college.

Remarks:

About JK the negative remarks is only with placement they provide placement but not as other colleges.most visiting companies are startup companies. The positive i like abou JK college is the atmosphere the positive vibes from professor, senior students.

I got thé entry through my friend I admitted on 7/8/2019 its à différent degree than usual in engineering field which impressed and attracted me moreover my college that is collège of Dairy science and food technology collège is in my City Raipur which made it easy to pursue

I gave PET exam for getting admission in this college, I scored 71% in aggregate . I opted for this particular college as with the score I got in the examination, this one was the best institute for me to take admission as it is the second oldest college of chhatisgarh.

I rejected by GEC bsp because of PET marks Choose in your priority list of college , whenever you selected come to admissions cell of college, after documents verification and fees submission the admissions process is completed .
