SOA - The mirror for potentials

I was interested in software development, gaming, artificial intelligence and deep learning and data mining, i choose this college. In ITER (SOA), they teach only that subject which is help to build career and which is relevance like Advanced java, data mining, database managent, Python, networking, cloud computing etc. All the teachers are very cooperative and helpful in nature. In my college they give pratical example for understand. The faculty and student ratio is 4:20 almost. All the faculty hold Ph.D. degree and comes from reputed universities. In ITER every month a surprise exams happen and a monthly exam is conduct by teacher, also they conduct a quiz test for each paper.

Internship opporunities are provided by the college for student in 3rd semester (Only for MCA). Student can select companies by their own choice were thay can work but for that you have to connect with your faculty adviser and give NOC to college.

generally , students are eligible from second year (For MCA) for placements from thier third semester. In my batch (2023) ITER witnessed partification from 80+ companies incluing top MNC's. In my course 45% are place from on campus. This is not good percentage but the college have to arrange more placement campaign with many companies. Companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, EY, PWC, Nielsen IQ, Tech mahindra and other companies are visit last year. The average packege for MCA is 4 Lakhs and highest package is 8 lakhs in ITER.

Siksha O Anusandhan offers various scholarship and financial aid programs to ease the financial burden on students. In SOA scholarships are merit based and also avail the govt. scholarship programs. The course fees of MCA is 360000(90k for each semister. Mess fees around 16000 per year and hostel fees around 120000 (4 sharing Non AC). If some one score above 9 cgpa then SOA gives them 25000rs for scholarship (12500+12500).

SOA fest is a event that combines technology, culture, entertainment. Another significant technical festival that showcases innovation, coding challenges, and techinical workshops. The ITER central Library have over 1 million books for various subject. SOA classrooms are designed as per international standards, air conditions and equipped with smart led board and projector interactive display moniter for effective education. ITER have a gym in their campus and also provides world class sports infrastructure stadium, cricket pratice ground, dedicated basketball court and football ground and multiple sports complexs.

SOA offers seperated hostels for mens and womens. Each hostel have wifi internet access and also power backup. Both Non-AC and AC hostel room available with 4 sharing, 3 sharing and 2 sharing and single bed as well. Attached canteens are available and interconnected with each hostel and also have mess for everyone. There are several dinning hall available, Foods are generally good, but it depends upon indivisiual choice. In mess both Veg and Non veg food served. In admissition time college ask you to availe hostel or not, if some one want to availe then at that time you have to pay some security registion fees which is refundable after vacanting.

Admission process is through a exam arranged from the college itself which is SAAT and based on the ranks you get at the exam they give you admission. I choose this college for the better quality of teaching and its student freindly nature they carry. The steps to admission are too simple. You have to fill a free of cost exam form then give the SAAT exam in online method. After some day they declare the result and rank. After some days they reach out but ranking and start admission process.
