Exploring Academia - "A journey through PVPSIT"

Well, My chosen course is CSE(DATA SCIENCE) and as it was the first batch of that course in our college everything was taken care of with perfection. Our course curriculum is totally different from others if a subject is there for a CSE branch in 2nd year that subject is there for our branch in the first year. Our course curriculum ultimately makes us to learn the real-time applications and with utmost care, our faculty provides us with various ways of teaching and learning methodologies

Placements are in good numbers and comparatively this year the exposure and number of placements are increased than the previous year. Our college is focusing on product-based companies rather than service-based companies. Our college's highest package is 44 lakhs per annum and it was secured by 4 people the company that offers those packages is Amazon. The basic criteria to get into placement is the person should have a 7+ CGPA and without any backlog. I plan to secure a good decent package on campus and improve my skill set and go for an on-site to America.

As I belong to a B-Category seat student I need to pay 1.75 lakh per year. The payment of fees should be done on or before the first semester in our available way like online payment, check, DD, cash, etc. There are a few kinds of scholarships available and a faculty member will announce them and make the eligible candidates to apply for them. The amount of scholarships ranges from 10k to 25k. There are no employment opportunities within the campus but the faculty can guide us to make outside employment opportunity.

Campus life is very good our campus has 20+ clubs in various sectors like coding, service, innovation, culture, etc. There will be an annual technical and cultural festival its name is SITAR where various college people will come and enjoy. Our college always focuses on social aspects we are having a club called NSS(NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME) through that our college donates money, food, clothes, etc to the needy people and we also conduct Special medical camps, blood donation camps for people of outside and students as well

My Eamcet rank is around 40+k but I need 10k or below to get the seat, I wanted to join this college because of its good quality of education. So I choose to join through management quota which is also known as B-Category. Through a known faculty in that college, I applied for the B-Category seat in the Software backgrounded course. The college faculty who were dealing with seats received us humbly and they verified each and every detail of mine after the verification they found me fit for the seat and went through the application process. We filled few application forms which were given by the college in those forms I needed to fill in my details and there is no reservation for these B-Category seats, after filling in those details they were given a few annexures in those annexures there are a few confirmations on my achievements and some confirmation on my disciplinary things after all application I paid my fee of 1.75 lakhs which was already mentioned and no excess fee was collected
