What Students Say

Likes

Quality of education, teaching, allotment of perfect timetable.
Sports Complex which allows us to play a lot of games and sports
Excellent faculty which takes care of each & every student.

Dislikes

The fee structure is too high. Also, the fees increases each year which is a burden for newly joining students.
The campus doesn't have proper greenery and place to sit like other colleges have.
The elevator service in the campus could be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the course curriculum very highly. It is designed for the overall development of the student. The curriculum includes Yoga, sports for physical wellness and it teaches us design also apart from the chosen Computer science. The curriculum prepares the students to face real-world problems in future. Exams happen each month.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 340000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For me, the tution fee was 3.4lakhs. Books & CDC fee was an extra of 40,000. Tution fee increases every year. The complete cost of my education takes around 15-16 lakhs. Students who ace the SRMJEE exam would get some scholarship for their tution fee.

Campus Life

The overall experience with campus life was decent.The campus has a lot of technical, non-technical clubs to join. Decent infrastructure is provided by the college. Many fests happen here. One of the main fest that happens is Texas, which happens on April each year. Coming to the library, it has all kinds of books to study which is a great facility provided by the college. The campus has a sports complex which helps students to play various kinds of sports and games.

Admission

The admission process was smooth. We had to write SRMJEE exam to get admission in SRM University. The exam happens in 3 phases, in April, June and July respectively. The application fee is 1200rs. The eligibility criteria for SRMJEE is having atleast 60% in PCM in 12th. Students can apply for SRMJEE exam in the official website of SRM. Unlike other competitive exams, this exam was easy only.

The curriculum behind or campus is very much updated and it is changing as the technology changes.As the present world is engaging with computer and artificial intelligence,I want to improve more knowledge and also want to compete with others.The time table and the devlopment technology followed by our university is devoloped so that only placement are recorded with high percentage when compared to other.The improvement should be observed only regarding labs.We have write examination for every 30 or 40 days , because there are 3 internal test ,semester and lab exams.Actually time is not sufficient but we have to do hardwork.when compared to other universities or colleges our exams arebwry hard.
