I always wanted to pursue coding and I had interest from the beginning in computer science. The subjects that are taught here are mostly related to coding and dsa in which I have a keen interest. Other than coding subjects like maths, discrete mathematics are quite interesting and easy to score. Also along with the studies, they also prepare us for the real world challenges by conducting Third party trainings, Mock interviews, coding contests.

The internship opportunities are offered at the begging of 5th semester. They mostly come for Software developer intern and Software engineering intern. The companies which offer summer internships are visa, Barclay's, Walmart, Goldman Sachs etc. Once you clear the coding round then you have to sir for the technical interview to get the internship.

The university organizes placement drive through its placement cell. It provides on campus placement for graduate, postgraduate and diploma students. The placement cell provides students to be aware of the changing trends and demands of the industry and equips them with the highest level of potential for cracking tough selection process. After the 5th semester the students are eligible for placements. The companies previously visited were, Lowe's, VISA,DXC, IBM, ZS Associates etc. 98 % placements are there. I'll be working as a sde for two years and later on will apply for higher studies.

The fee structure for B.Tech in CSE is around 10 lakhs for 4 yrs without including the hosyel charges. With inclusion its around 16-20 lakhs for 4 years. To get scholarships one has to maintain her cgpa above 8.0 to avail the benefits. There will be reduction in the tuition fees.

The campus is spread over an area of over 265 acres full of greenery with a wide variety of trees and other plants. The campus also has meditation structure by the name of TAPOVAN and there are 2 auditoriums for students extra curricular activities. The annual tech cult fest of Mody is conducted in the name of DROID series in the months of March or April which is organized by UTKARSH - CSI STUDENT BRANCH of Mody University. Also the cultural fest (kind of) is celebrated in the name of FDC - Federation Day Celebration in the month of January. It's a 5 day celebration based on a particular theme every year. The library of mody has a collection of books along with a subscription of periodicals, journals on many subjects. The university is equipped with facilities like interactive classrooms with projectors in each and every class to smoothly conduct the sessions. Sports facilities include outdoor and indoor activities. There are various clubs in the university, tech and cultural.

The hostels are equipped with all the facilities, 2 seater bedrooms with AC or without AC, also there are single rooms, common washroom which are kept clean throughout. Then there are water coolers, common room, TV, common balcony, terrace etc. The meal provided in the mess is good and hygienic. They provide different meals throughout the week and it's healthy. The hostels are located at a distance of 1 km from the mess.

The admission process was quite easy. It was based on the 12th percentage criteria. My marks in 12th board were 90.2% which was quite a good percentage to easily get selected for Computer Science and Engineering course in Mody University. The application form for the admission is available on the official site of mody university and the fees for the application form is quite normal. I didn't applied for any entrance exams. There should be entrance exams to get selected for the course a student want to pursue and the cut off should be normal to easily get selected for CSE branch.
