I have chosen this course because nowadays this field is growing more. But after entering the course I have improved a lot in the curriculum. In this course, there are practicals like R programming, Excel, SPSS, Mongo DB NOSQL, etc. They also train us for college placements. This course is a particularly important one in which many are getting placed from this course.

There are 100% placements here most of them who opt for placements are getting placed. From 2nd semester few companies offer placements and interviews like attending aptitude then the next level is group discussion and so on but these placements are very strict so only very few will get selected which is really very tough. The highest average package is 1100000 and the lowest average Package is 400000. My plan after my degree is to complete an MBA in business analytics. Till now gold man sacks and Deloitte has been visited our college.

Tution fees for each semester are 35650 including manavarmandram fees and when the students are joined through management quota the donation is 75000 for the course. There are more scholarships offered by our college. The scholarship amount is not alloted according to the marks scored it is alloted according to the financial background of the family.

There are many festivals conducted by the college like heartbeats, wizards, Onam, Pongal, Diwali, and inter-college events like cas call euphoria. Then every class in our college has a projector and green board. Players interested in sports can join the college team and play representing the college. There are NCC and NSS too. Then comes the library facilities here the students can take any book that they are interested in and study. If they are in need of the book they can go in the library and take it. But there are few rules. The book should not be damaged.

Room facilities are not so good. The fees for hostels is 105000. Which is seprated as 60000 and 45000 is for room accomadation and for food respectively. Hostel room are shared like 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 10 sharing. There are 5 girls hostels incide marutham, yamuna, kurunji, vallivar, megala. Then there are 4 boys hostel. The food here is realy worse so we are moving to pg next year were the food is awesome they dont follow menu so we will get different types of food. The pg hostel we are moving to located near hops college. The name of the hostel is aishwariyam. In psg college hostel the food is not upto mark weekly 3 days of non veg but it is not good so i will not recommend it.

This is Srinithe.S here to say my experience about the admission process in PSG college of Arts & Science. He the admission process starts only when the results of 12 th boards exams are out. But we have to apply for the required course through the college website. Then they mail us to come for 1st round counselling. The dates and counselling will be alloted to the students according to the marks scored. Once arrived they call according to the cut off marks from top, who scores the highest marks are called first and given seets. Students from metruculation schools can get seets easier when compared to cbse schools. There is no entrance exams in PSG college of Arts & Science. So the main aim of the students who want to join in PSG College of Arts & Science is to study and score marks in 12 th board exams.
