Course Curriculum Overview

The college offers 4-degree courses namely BCA, B.Com, BBM and B.Sc. All the syllabus is affiliated to Mysore are. I've chosen B.Com and its really easy and simple course to study.

Internships Opportunities

The internship is offered by the college but to be honest not in a good or reputed company. The internship is all about being in a good, famous and reputed company. So to some extend internship is also a drawback.

Placement Experience

Sad to say but I'm totally unhappy with the placements. Hardly 20-30 percent of the people get placed and they don't even get a good package. So placements are a major drawback here.

College Events

The college organizes many sports competitions like Volley Ball Tournament, Handball Competitions, Kho kho Championship at the college level and intercollege level. Apart from these competitions, there are events like YUVA DASARA, Yuva Sambrhama also celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee marks as the most affordable fee in the whole state I guess for degree students. They almost offer fee equivalent to government colleges. I'm paying 8,000 per annum.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni Association named is established in the college which provides a forum to the college in order to facilitate to meet the old friends once in a while to their junior students and faculty members. In addition to that, the Alumni Association has taken up welfare activities such as financing poor students, felicitating meritorious students, etc.

Faculty

At such a low college fee, they really provide excellent faculty. Though not experienced much the faculty does great in delivering the knowledge to the students.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell in my college is okay they do get few good companies for campus recruitment and they guide us thoroughly how and when we should apply for placement they do conduct some sessions and bring people to guide us with everything. The percentage of students getting placement is 50 or 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to continue pursuing acca and then finding a job abroad

Remarks:

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all
