It is good mostly focus is on the practical approach since it's a field job research we have as an elective subject which gives time to do research study books and research papers electives are software classes urban planning valuation.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, college did provide internship of eight months. it was awesome 3000/-

Placement Experience

There is no as such placements in architecture. We have to send our portfolios to our choice of architects there is 100% placements since it is outside campus and on our own, the placements are a compulsory part of an architecture

College Events

There are various workshops that are held in college from time to time main events are teacher’s day and Archiventure.. college authorities did contribute management is done by the student council

It is affordable otherwise various scholarship programs are present in college 75000/- per year

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. I applied through CAP rounds in which I added the colleges as per my preference, SMMCA, Pridarshini college of architecture, VNIT in which SMMCA was my first preference due to it's accessibility for me during COVID and I got selected in my first CAP rounds and got into SMMCA.
