Course Curriculum Overview

The course was good, but no focus was give upon practical learning. Neither any research initiatives where taken. The practical knowledge is not provided more by the college and they give stress on theoretical knowledge

Internships Opportunities

No internship was provided by the college. College never even helps you to get some other way to earn. Its tough for a student to earn without internship.

Placement Experience

Placement scenario was worst the companies visited the college were countable. The major companies which visited the campus were IBM, BSNL, etc. The average package given was between 2-5 lakhs p.a.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I belong to OPEN category hence my fee structure was- 80000/- per year For OBC- 50000/- per year For TFWS/- 11000/-per year This fee includes tution fee except for TFWS and also includes development fee, Progressing fee, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided by the college. But they dont help you to get loan.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure was great. Each room is shared by 3 Students. Food and dinning hall within the hostel. The Food quality is brilliant.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

The teachers are qualified enough but not more interactive. The teacher give you free hand to ask any doubt frankly, but coming on order side they dont interact with you outside the class.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.

This college has a very big Alumni network. Because this college is started in 1982. And its highest package is 300000 and its average package is 4.5 lakh. And the graph of placement increases year by year.

Eligibility of my course in this institute was around 83.40% after my diploma in computer engineering Everything will be available on the official website of Savitribai Phule University portal Yes, reservation benefits are available according to your income source for SC and nt there are various benefits fees-wise. Every semester there are two exams one is in-sem which is conducted in the first month when college starts and the other one after one month of it.
