Campus is very beautiful and full of greenery.

Faculties are focusing more on theories rather than on practical
Examination should be done in a proper gap.

I chose this course due to the massive job opportunities in this field. Our college faculties mostly focussing on theories rather than programming and practical activities.Semester Exams are held in every 3-4 months with a difficulty level of 8 out of 10.

Placement Experience

From 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placement.Accenture, Cognizant,Adani Group,Cisco etc. Adani Group offered 6lakhs per annum on average rest companies offers an average package of 4-4.5 lakhs per annum. Around 70-80% students get placed every year.I would apply for Gate Exams for further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees of our college is Rs12000 and total course fees including registration fees is Rs27400. Hostel Fees includes mess bill and maintenance cost which is Rs30000.Our college provides State level Scholarships like Sukanya Samriddhi,Post Matric scholarship etc.Our college provides upto 70% of campus placement with average package of 4.5lakhs in renowned IT companies.

Our College celebrates Exuberance as the Annual College Fest and other Technical fests are conducted in between.Our college conducts Annual Inter-Branch Sports fest 'Arena' in the month of December.Our Central Library have a huge range of availability of books and journals of various fields.Our college provides Smart Classrooms for development of students.Our College includes various technical and cultural clubs.

Hostel Facilities

The rooms of hostel is only for two students with proper electricity service and other furnitures.Meals of mess is average in taste but cleanliness is maintained.All the information regarding registration process for Hostel is available in our college official website.Our college is 12km far from Berhampur.So you can rent Pgs in Berhampur locality with affordable cost.

Hostel Fee: INR 13000 per year

Admission

I gave JEEMains 2022 Entrance Exam and from Jee Main rank I applied in counseling process under Odisha JEE .All the information regarding admission is available in the college website.Reservation is available only for SC/ST and TFW.Semester Exams are held in every 3-4 months.....and the difficulty level of exam is 8 out of 10. Admission process is well and good without any lag in activities regarding the process.You will have a great experience in this college.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
