Great college

The curriculum offers 4 specialisations from which 2 can be chosen as major and minor. We were offered - Finance. Business analytics , HR and Marketing. There are various industry sessions conducted through the semester to give an insight on various important matters. Most of the times the faculty listens to the students to add change in their teaching methods if needed.

Since I'm a first year student I'm not the right person to answer that. Next year I'll be able to answer the same question and I have heard from my seniors that they do get internships from various startup companies

The 2023-27 batch is the third batch of this college since this college has newly started offering the undergraduate BBA the first batch is yet to be placed. The placement process has started, some are placed while others are still in action. By the end of fall, a placement report must be shown on the website.

I don't know much about scholarships since I'm from general category. Having a look at the official website of the college might help. Otherwise there is a helpline number as well on the website. The campus provides internships from 2nd year and placements are provided during the last year of the college as any other college

There are various clubs and committees to participate in. There's the annual college fest Sygnite that happens mostly in the month of March and April. Sports is given prime importance in the college. Students are pushed to participate in the inter and intra college competitions under the SIU umbrella and other colleges as well.

The rooms are on 4 people sharing basis. The hostel is 900 meters away from the college. There are 5 floors in the hostel along with the ground floor and a basement wherein the students prepare for dance competions and play various games like chess, Table tennis , badminton, basketball, football, volleyball etc. The food of mess is decent keeps changing every day, gives various options. There are special items in the menu on the day of festival or anything auspicious.

I gave the SET to get admission in SCMS Bengaluru followed by a personal interview wherein they asked questions about me and why I want to do this course. Everything was conducted pretty smoothly for me.

I gave the symbiosis entrance test followed by a personal interview to get admission on this college. The entrance exam can be cracked by practicing logical reasoning, quantitative ability questions along with basic rules of English and as for Current affairs and general awareness read newspaper.
