Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The aspects that influenced me to choose this courses is that this is so easy to learn and it really has a good scope around the world and there is no to much to learn and it a interesting course .the curriculam really prepares me for the real world application and for further pursuits the area the course should improve is they should remove unwanted subject and should not teach it which has no value and no use .the exams are really easy for my course and the timing is good

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees for my course is a bit high because my course is only about theory and no need of any instrument so it is a bit high .the complete cost for my course including all the charges is 380000 and the scholarship are for who have above 90 % and for the students of karnataka and there is education loan for our collage for every course

Campus Life

2.5

The names of the festival conducted and over in my collage are onam festival and ethnic day and many other programs conducted by the clubs of the collage like advaya ,melam .the availability and accessibility of books and journals available in the library is good and very high and most of the books and journals are available .all the class rooms have 2 AC and 4 fan and all the class rooms have smart screen and there are many sports activities but only on sports day in my collage but there are many other activities and there many clubs like nss and red cross and it make a huge impact on students life

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The facilities that are provided in the hostels are there are ac and 3 fan each and every room and there is toilet in each room and there is laundry facilities and there is sports facilities and the meal for someday is not good and otherwise the food is very good and the menu is ok and the quality of the food is good and the process for hostel is simple but it is not affordable and the fees is a bit high and the should allow the students to go out till night 10 then rest all are good

Admission

The eligibility for the course b.com aviation and logistics is 12th pass and to get the admission and to know about the fees and application it can be done by agent or can approach to any of the campus of the college and everything can known and done by agent and every details are there in online site of the college .the reservation benifits were not availed for me and the timing and the frequency of the exam is good and the exams are easy it simple to understand and the improvement they should do in admission process is they are slow and they take to much time to inform the student about the admission

Placement Experience:

The placement cell in my college is okay they do get few good companies for campus recruitment and they guide us thoroughly how and when we should apply for placement they do conduct some sessions and bring people to guide us with everything. The percentage of students getting placement is 50 or 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to continue pursuing acca and then finding a job abroad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
