Course Curriculum Overview

Bachelor of arts has got so much potential,as I wish to be a teacher or a professor,I have done my B.ed after completing BA now I am eligible to apply for teaching posts.So I am satisfied after doing my BA in English. Each year is divided of two semesters,that means you will have to give six semesters in 3 years course.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees are very much minimal,you needn't worry about that After completing the course my full fees stood to just an amount of 70000 . OBC scholarships from jharkhand government as well as the through NSP you will get the full expenditure amount.

Campus Life

Annual function,annual sports different inter college tournaments are held. Library is well stocked with books for all courses Basic facilities are available in the class room. Sports and extra curricular activities are held regularly

Admission

Eligibilty-12th pass with atleast 40 percent score.Application form is both available online offline challan and bank challan is available. If you are from reservation category you will get the opportunity to apply for different merit based scholarships.

Placement Experience:

The placement oppourtunity is very low as only rare companies visits our college and tgey select only few students and gives tgem the opportunity to work with them due to which maximum students faces employment difficulty. The rate of placement is only upto 20-30% .

I has a vision to study English from the very beginning. I wanted to study English since i was good at English and also the most important thing was me being an isce student upto class 12 which inculcated a strong English base in me English as a subject is very vast. As the world is heading towards modernisation English has become a very important thing. Gossner college has good English professors and also i heard a lot from most of my seniors that gossner college has best English faculty. The frequency of exam is 2 exams per semester where the portion tought in the syllabus is asked and it's not very easy and not very tough too
