Practice speaking confidently and articulately. Listening skills-actiivity listen to others viewpoints during the discussion and avoid intrupting. Acknowledge and build upon others ideas to promote healthy discussion. Leadership qualities- demonstrate Leadership qualities by initializing discussions, summarizing key points , and ensuring everyone gets a chance to participate. Critical thinking- analyze topic critically ,present logical arguments backed by facts or examples and avoid being overly opinionated or aggressive. Body language- maintain good eye contact, posture, and gestures during the discussions. Show respect for fellow participants opinions.
