My Experience during Graduation

College mangement is good and help students every possible way. They conducts workshops, online tests to make students aware about each and every activity undergoing his/her field. In the recent year,college management has also decreased its fee structure

I took P.E.T exam in the year 2012 and I scored 75 marks. Then during counselling, I filled many private and government colleges sequentially. I filled this college name because I have heard that this college has good Mechanical department which is my branch(Mechanical Engineering). I opt for this particular college as this college is one of the centre of IIT Bombay and many workshops are organised by IIT Bombay for students which can help them in their career.

Coming to my college internship experience, I have done my internship from BHEL(Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited), Bhopal. My internship experience was great as BHEL is one of the dream PSU's of every Mechanical Engineer. During my internship, the stipend I was offered was Rs.5000 per month. My internship experience was also good as I have done my internship in Water Turbine Division which my area of interest.

The placement record of the college is nice. Currently, Many of the renowned companies have arrived in which many of the students have been placed. Companies like TCS, AIS glass industry, Netlink and so on have arrived our campus. All companies offered a package of around 3 lakhs. Currently, 120 students out of 280 students from our batch have been placed.

Every year many technical and cultural events are organised in the college like Tech-Manthan, Srijan, etc. Special events are organised at special ocassions like Engineers Day, Hindi Diwas and so on. Many students participated of every year to make the event successful and to make themselves improvise in every field. The great participation from students side make the college management too to organise the event whole heartedly.

The fee structure of the course in Bansal College of Engineering is feasible . Recently, the management has decreased its fee so that every individual could afford it. And every student who financial background is not so good could also fulfill his/her dream.

Scholarships are offered to students who belongs to SC/ST and OBC castes. Loan facilities are also provided to students who cannot pay fees due to low financial background. Scholarships are also provided to students who have scored above 80% in 12th class.

My experience in campus life is good. I have participated in extracurricular activities like Treasure-Hunt, Volley Ball competition. Many others competitions like cricket, robotics, robo-hunt,etc. are also organised in the college which have large scale of student participation.

I would rate hostel facility 7 out of 10 and mess food as 7 out of 10 also. Hostel seats are good in number to accommodate each and every student. The hostel fees are also not to much high so that every students can afford the hostel facility.

My interaction with senior students was good. Senior students helped the junior students by giving their notes, notebooks and clearing their doubts at times. They treat juniors as their younger brother.

There are two mid semester exams and one PUT(Pre University Test) exam conducted in each semester. These exams are conducted periodically which are beneficial for students as they could continuously revise their subjects. In each semester many online test
