Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum at iips davv is generally relevant and comprehensive with specific aspects that influenced my decision to choose the course. There is emphasis on practical applications and real world scenarios. But some improvements are required like updating according to the the latest technology and knowledge. Internships should also be incorporated. The exams and assignments are given every month which is quite hectic.
Fees and Financial Aid
The per semester fee at iips davv is 40000 rupees . For students seeking financial assistance there is Medhavi students scholarship scheme in which the academically meritorious students are given scholarship. The placements are good at iips many prestigious companies provide campus employment opportunities but less internships are provided here.
Campus Life
My overall experience has been great with a vibrant social atmosphere, festival celebration, club involvement, and adequate infrastructure. Fests like fiesta and synergy are highlights of the year. Library offers a wide range of books too. The infrastructure may be improved with classrooms and washroom as its a bit old fashioned. The opportunities for sports are enormous too, with synergy sports event being conducted every year. The campus has multiple playgrounds for all types of sport . There are many clubs like environment, literary, social, etc.
Admission
My experience with admission process at IIPS , DAVV including the cuet exam and the counselling rounds was some what smooth. Accessing the application was straight forward but clearer communication on dates and fees would have been helpful. The CUET exam was comparatively easy. The counselling process was a bit lengthy too
