The college is good in perspective of money but the facilities are poor.

Well, this college is very good for money perspective because the fee structure of the college is very low. If you are looking for a college which cost less than this college is perfect for you. And the education level is also good here in Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College.

The courses that are offered in the Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College are all basic bachelors and masters courses for example bachelor/master in science, bachelor/master in arts, bachelor/master in commerce and bachelor in business administration.

Yes, our college do provides the college internship. But the internship is only provided to BBA and B.Com Hons. students. And also the internship is only provided for one month period in June. And there is no general stipend.

In the past, the college hadn't offered any placement or job opportunities. But from this year 2018, the college has started giving the job opportunities. For the very first year of providing placements the jobs which were offered were called center jobs or sales jobs.

Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College organizes many events in the college for the entertainment of the college. The college organizes a sports week every year and many sports are played, and any student can takes participation in any of the sports.

Well, the fee structure of the college is so feasible that a student would never need to take a loan. And the scholarships given to the students which have merit or is from schedule caste/tribe is also very good.

The campus life or student life in this college was quite enjoyable and the every gender students can feel free to take admission in the college. For extracurricular activities, a student can join any sport or NCC/NSS. But the debates are only held at any cultural event.

There are no hostel facilities available in Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College. And when talking about the mess food there is a canteen in college which was opened for about five or six years ago in the college, but the canteen has not started yet.

The alumni network and senior students were very good and helpful. If you have any query about any topic the seniors can help in that.

The exam structure in this college is semester wise, the odd semester exams are held in the end of November or in the start of December and the sixth-semester exams starts in the mid of the month April and the even semester exam except sixth sem exams are held in the start of may.

Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College didn't take any entrance exams for admissions for all courses offered by the college. The admission of students is taken on the basis of the marks secured by the student in his/her senior secondary school examinations.

Well, in the beginning, the assessment of education was only related to the academic readiness and learning progress. But, now the college has started some skill development education too. And college has tried to provide maximum facilities for science students.
