Course Curriculum Overview
This course is very descent and Kerala university is best option for BDS as they focus on ur theory as well as ur practical knowledge very well. Tests are taken on regular basis and 2 internal and 1 model exam are conducted, u have to pass at least 1 internal and model to appear for university exam
Internships Opportunities
In BDS internship are provided during last 1.5 year of course in which interns are paid approx Rs 25000-30000 and this amount increases according to government policies and the amount is same for MBBS and BDS
Placement Experience
In BDS , placement not happens but ya In terms of academics our college is very good as professors are very experienced so u will get very good opportunity after completing course coz they will make u traine u perfectly for ur professional life.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is not that much it is approx 19000 for first year and it change each year. Overall approximately 55000 is needed during admission which includes all charges including hostel charge, union charge and maintenance charge. Their is no any scholarship for unreserved category.
Campus Life
Annually many fests and celebrations happens, Arts program happens every year. Library is very big and many books of course related are available there. Smart classrooms and for anatomy cadavers are provided according to strength of class. Sports and extracurricular activities happens on regular basis. Students union group is available for students help and organising events in college and for Anti ragging
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are very nice and well furnished and meal quality is also nice and 2 buses are provided for hostelers to reach college from hostel, overall hostel facility is good with proper cleaning staffs for cleaning hostel
Admission
You have to score descent marks in NEET to get admission . Admission process starts after u get this college through MCI All India counselling or if u have domicile of Kerala university then through state counselling. I got admission through Unreserved category so I don't know about reservation benefits
