Remarks

Not bad remark cause it was a totally supportive environment where my principle itself clear doubt if related to the subject and or any issue related to sports, campus, canteen, teacher everything for me was good.

Entrance Preview

There are many but first, as the name says St Aloysius institute so, I just passionate about study and culture I will get here. Second study and as I belong to mechanical so, I was looking for practical labs so as here enough than others. Location from my village was as good as its 15 km from my house. so easy to travel.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I know our University RGPV. I got course related info from rgpv website for general knowledge. Once I got admission here I got all the course oriented content from teaches which was same as rgpv says. As a mechanical, I want to study practically in core subjects so I got the same here. so I would say it was well settled for teaching.

Placement Experience

3.5

Job placement is good but not very good. As I was facing some problem regarding job placement for core job. There was a placement for IT, Non- tech jobs but there are only a few companies for mechanical students. What matters at that time to me was study so it was good teaching wise and I got a job at Pune after completing the course. So for me, it was okay at that time now I think there is a better opportunity for jobs too.

College Events

4.5

Events at SAIT are so many some of them I participate. Tech-fest, cultural event, environmental event, quiz completion...etc. I have participated in tech-fest where we ( group ) made Bo-Force which is a prototype. An environmental event where we made a water purifier. One more thing events are very common for analyzing because we every day follows assembly in morning and it compulsory for each person to participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was as every college holds. Like tuition fee- 20,000, infrastructure fee- 1500, exam fee- 1500, extracurricular fee- 500 ( some around these ) So total I was paying around 55,000 INR per year for two semesters. I also got 25000 INR scholarship from the government every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, I have an education loan but not from college and scholarship I got yearly which is half of the yearly fee. College doesn't have any special loan facility but some banks they refer for if someone needs a loan for study. So loan support is there at SAIT.

Campus Life

4.5

My campus life was outstanding as I was an average student in the study never have backlogs and never tops any semester. I always love to play table tennis at college and participated in the college-level competition. The gender ratio was good in other branches as I am from mechanical Also I participated in robotics. Overall, it was a memorable college life.

Alumni/Alumna

My seniors were nice no issue from them even extra support from there. I always refer to ask doubt related to core subjects.

Exam Structure

According to RGPV Bhopal, we have same exam structure in MP. like five subjects and four practicals with 3 or 4 viva in all semesters. It follows same in all colleges of MP registered to RGPV Bhopal. So, i am very much happy with exam structure every semester we got the timetable from RGPV and follows it.

Admission

I gave an exam called PET ( pre entrance exam ). I cleared PET and got enough score to get mechanical stream at St Aloysius institute of technology Jabalpur. i got 65 marks. after it there was a counselling round where i filled fist JEC than SAIT and i got selected at sait in counselling also got mechanical which was important for me. than i go to SAIT to complete whole procedure there i submit all required documents like 10th, 12th, TC, Migration xerox. It was all about admission.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is the most important thing a college have and there I got some of the best teachers. some IItans and some 10 years experience, the thing which I like about is they all are concerned about students if we had doubts we can go at any time whenever they free can consult. I forgot one teacher name who always help me to solve my doubts after 4 pm i mean after finishing college. So overall very good faculty support at SAIT.

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved. The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches. The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.
