There are students who feel like they are a disturbing element
The timing of the lectures fluctuates and is flexible
The teachers at times replace their lectures with the lectures of others and this makes comprehending the subject very hard

Course Curriculum Overview

Well the faculty in particular isn't that impressive except some although the concepts become clear by time if you attend the lectures regularly and the experience that you get in the terms of relevance of a curriculum is fairly subjective for me in some subjects the curriculum is to the point and focused on the things which are going to occur in the final exams and for some I believe that it is completely out of relevance whatever the syllabus is being talked about

College provides with enough opportunities of internships by linking us to government websites which provide internships websites such as AICTE and then we are given about free internships through which we can generate certificates which would help in our skill development

Fees and Financial Aid

The free fee structure is failure affordable for a middle class upper middle class family though it is a technical course, structure of the fees is fairly and there are employment opportunities that are offered by the placement cell of the college which is particularly and dedicated to the placement of the students

Campus Life

The cultural aspect and the campus life of the college isn't that amusing times there are events in the college which involve all the students culturally and provide a significantly good experience in the life of a student which makes the extra curricular activities such as sports clubs and trips a delightful experience for this student

Admission

Well to begin with there was no entrance exam for the college all there was, was selective process in which you had to enter the college in the basis of your 12th board exam or on the basis of JEE and there are two colleges inside the premises one is Gyan Ganga College of technology and the other one is Gyan Ganga institute of technology and science so I took admission in Gyan Ganga College of technology on the basis of the percentage of my 12th board

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I join the college in 2022 batch at that time tech was in boom and college has a good placement season that why i chose BTech Cs and take the admission The ccourse is overall good , but there are no internship opportunities in your third year of college so they need to improve on it.
