The Reality of VITAP

The college ciricullam is the best one the faculty are ok but they need more idea about the students mindset thinking everyone are dumb they need to be helpful, ifaced a faculty during my second year he was a bit stingy and not so good at teaching cse course is the best and everything will be fine around with some luck.

placements are totally dependent on your CGPA in our campus especially vitap if your CGPA is below 9 it might be a tough time for you to get 10 lpa because as it is centralized placement (COMPANIES OR MNCS COME TO ALL VIT BRANCHES AT A TIME) so all the vit campuses students would apply for the same company at a time now they will provide a cutoff cgpa for shortlisting students if your cgpa is above 9 then you might fight with vellore and chennai branches and get applied for the company .

tution fee varies from range 1,90,000 - 5,00,000 based on the rank you get in the VITEEE exam and also if you write the local AP EAMCET exam if your rank is below 7000 then you would just pay 70,000 as fee for any branch exculding of hostel , hostel fee would be totally decided by university.i dont have proper idea about scholarships or financial aids in this university.

there are two fests in the college (VITOPIA AND VTAPP), VITOPIA is a fun filled fest where you would be wearing a college provided merchandise (pay for it separetely) and go inside a concert type environment and there would be big celebrities invited to perform in the show.while VTAPP is a techncal event conducted by clubs inside the campus and they also provide games and many puzzels to involve the students into the technical fun events.and in classrooms they have smartboards and speakers very fine with that library is ok not too good or too bad but it is not maintained properly sometimes , sports and other cultural activities are choice of the student if they want to play or dance they will get a mail they have to register and sho their performances.clubs are really good in the campus we have to register them compulsarly a they have credit weightage and we learn a lot from the club ,personally i benfitted a lot from clubs like comunication skills.
