As a civil engineering our college offers good pratical knowledge.They offers good education through quality education but in some lectures they need to improve.Our college did an assessment earlier in which all the guest faculties are gave the interview base exam and the odd ones are filtered out so our college now offers good education

Placement in our college is not that bad it's even quite good actually Students from their 3 Rd year ending that is 6 th semester they are eligible for the placements No such companies came and take no students they minimum took 2-4 students to their company The highest package was 13lpa an American based company and the average pacakege is 2.5lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

If any one has the TFW scheme the are get the less fees structure like for TFW students the have to pay for the admission process of 18,500? where as the non TFW ones will pay 30000 The complete cost of admission,hostel and other service charges will be total sum of around 80-85 thousand max

Campus Life

Our college hosts many annual sports, cultural event and tech fests their names are Exordium,Shaurya the annual inter college sports event,Areena the branch spoorts event ..etc Our college also offers many clubs for enhancing the student social skills like Cadence for dance Robostrix for robots and so on ... Many students are benifited by the clubs and the sports fest organised

Hostel Facilities

First of all the room facilities are very good we live 2 peoples in a room which makes it more comfortable and easier to live in Our room has 2 lights one fan The food quality are good not like the home but as for hostel concerned it's quite good for 4 years of life it They offers 3 time meal breakfast, launch and dinner To avail hostel you need to first register yourself and you will get selected on the basis of jee main score generally some of students lives out side of hostel in the first year but after the ending of first year they got invited to join incampus hostel(this off- incampus facilities available only for boys) Girls stays in the incampus hostel irrespective of their score

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

I was in the civil engineering branch,if Some one wants for Admission in our college they need to appear for jee main or ojee entrace exam and on their score basis they will able to select branch as per their results

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
