Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is bit tough and here everything goes through process and rule is obeyed strictly. Teachers are really good , so no problem in curriculum. Only thing to keep in mind is how to manage time in study and self improvement. Cons are harsh time table and assignments etc

Placement Experience

The placement rate is quite low in this college. You may be eligible for placements from 6th or 7th semester onwards. The average package remains around 4-5 lakhs per annum but some students may get high placements. So work hard and earn success.

Fees and Financial Aid

First year college fees are around 40000 and the rest three years its 30000. If you get hostel, hostel fees are 13360 and mess fees are 17000 per semester and you have to pay twice a year. And you can avail scholarships from odisha govt

Campus Life

Social life is not that good but there are many clubs and societies here so you can learn a lot by participating in these clubs. You can unskill yourself by joining these clubs. Annually fest is organised so you can also enjoy them

Hostel Facilities

One bed is provided to you and also there is one wooden chair and one wooden table for study purposes. Two ceiling fans equipped in a room. And each room is given to three students. Menu is good. Evening snacks is not there so consider that in mind and otherwise food is good

Hostel Fee: INR 13360 per year

Admission

Admission is done through OJEE counseling based on the score of JEE Mains. Jee mains is conducted two times a year. And the cutoff for computer science can go till rank 250000. Register in OJEE counseling process and participate in counseling process ti get admission

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
