Insightful and Honest: My College Journey Unveiled

Knit Sultanpur is the 2nd best college of Uttar Pradesh after Iet Lucknow, this college gives you the environment to explore new technologies in the respective fields.The faculties of this college are highly qualified and helpful, college offers the courses in various respective fields with the guidance that what is the need of industries in the present time. But somehow these things don't make you skilled enough to get a job until and unless you are working hard for it.

The on campus placements of our college are quite impressive. Mostly service based companies visit our college. Most of the students from non core branches get placed. And students from non core branches also get placed but not that much, mostly non core branch students prepare for different competitive exams like gate , ies , and many state engineering exams etc. Overall 60-70 % students get placed through on campus placement drive. The highest package offered was of 80 lpa by Bloomberg and the average package is 6lpa.

There is no any policy for increasing the tuition fee or any other fee although mess fees can vary as it is the private part of the college. The overall cost of education (btech)from knit Sultanpur is 4-5lacs including all the charges. Various scholarships are also offered by the college management, up government and also the alumni of the college offers various scholarships for the encouragement and upliftment of the students also to support the students who don't have good economical background. In our campus placements mostly service based companies visit our college and offer decent packages of 5-6lpa also students from core branches clear gate exams during their 3rd year or final year.

Knit Sultanpur have many clubs and councils which offers various opportunities to students to explore other than their academics. The cultural fest called Anubhuti of the college is very famous and many artists have performed in it. Twaran the sports fest is also there for students to explore themselves in sports. Our college invites many other colleges for the cultural and sports fest. Also many social groups and clubs are there to explore for example Koshish foundation is a very famous foundation mad by our alumni, this foundation educates poor children of the locals who cannot afford the fees of the school.

There are many hostels for boys and girls. Some of the hostels are 2 seater and some of them are 3 seater till 3rd year, in final year students get single seater rooms so that they can focus on their studies and placements as final.year is the crucial year. Hostel rooms are bigger than you think and also the hostel staff cleans your room daily, in your presence only(only for girls hostel). Registration process omis very simple you will get a room according to your name and branch means in alphabetical order and according to your branch.

The eligibility of the course is, you should have the scorecard of jee main, you can give the entrance exam only when you have completed your 12th from a recognised institute also you can give as an appearing student(student who is currently in class 12th). After scoring good marks in jee main exam you have to fill the application form for counseling to take addmission in the college. Reservation is also given to some lower category students also students who have scored very good marks in the entrance exam they get recession in their college fees. The semesters are quite short, exams come always after 3 or 4 months.
