College Days at COCAS, PATNA

The course ciriculam was way good than expected. The faculty members were very supportive even while in internal examinations. The relevance to the topic and comprehensiveness was way deep than what is actually in the syllabus. Overall the classes were very good

The fee structure was very affordable as the college being a government college and is run be state government itself. You can always opt for a scholarship and also for loan at very cheap rate of interest, as low as four percent per annum that also after the end of your course. College as being under the bihar state government provide great financial assistance. You can always go for off campus placement and internship as the campus emplayment opportunity is very stressed.

The overall campus life was very memorable and enjoyfull as there are very less restrictions on extra ciricullar activities and also the college organize many events on repulic day / Independence day. I also have participated in singing and dancing events at the college allthough this would not be very frequent. But while being in college you will never feel suffocated. College participates in extra ciricullar acitivies as well.

There held an offline admission mode which was quiet hectic because of long hours of standing in queue. So far according to my experience no entrance exam is needed. The eligibility criteria held 35% in your intermediate boards exams. The admission process was very uncomfortable as you have to stand in line for hours for registration and then they give you a document which you have to submit to other counter and then third and fourth counter while being in line for every counter and every single work. It took me almost two days to complete my admission process and was very hectic. The college has its own bank and a rest area, a very big ground and pleasant view. The cafeteria was very good where we use to rest while these hectic processes. College also has a smart class where all the information and help are being provided by the faculty.
